Description of Work: We had hail damage and needed to replace our roof. Insurance covered the replacement and issued us a check, minus a $2.000 deductible. Tony, the owner, seemed very eager to do business with us and asked us to send over the settlement breakdown, but we wanted a quote to make sure we weren't being over charged. Once he knew he had to provide a quote, Tony wouldn't respond to any emails, phone calls or texts. it was very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreThe roof itself does not leak and looks fine. Unfortunately, however, when replacing the leaf guards the installers overshot the gutters in the back of the house by the patio. Water flows over the gutter and dumps right on to the patio during a heavy rain due to the improper installation in this area. In addition, during the installation there was an over order on the number of shingles. The driver asked me if I was getting a refund for the 4 or 5 unopened bundles of shingles. I did not. I have spoken with Roof Medics and had one of their installers come out to look at the problem. He gave multiple excuses, but did not offer to fix the problem. I then called the salesman, who had left and gone on to another company. He gave me one of the two owners phone numbers. I spoke with the owner (Tony) and he said he would come by to look at the problem. That was three weeks ago. He is not answering my phone calls anymore and has never stopped by. My son from a different number called him and he apologized, said he had been busy, but would get back to me within a week. We are still waiting. The company advertises 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time and a 10 year warranty I am very disappointed with Roof Medics. The have their money, but now the refuse to honor their warranty or even speak with me. I finally ran out of patience and have had another roofer come in and repair the problem.
Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof of asphalt shingles on my one story ranch home with same. Leaf guards were removed and replaced as per the contract.

Description of Work: We had an unexpected water pipe break and flood in our master bathroom/bedroom/walk- in closet area. Roof Medics was recommended to us by another contractor friend that said they would "do good by us" and to call them for an estimate. From the very first conversation we had with Mike, we felt confident that they could do what we needed to make our home livable again. They were very fast and all work was done well. If we did have an issue or guestion about anything, it was corrected or explained in detail by the company owners. Our insurance company was in NO way helpful to us and Mike was able to call our insurance company on our behalf to help with the claim and recovery cost. Just that fact alone was worth hiring this company! This companies secret weapon is "Tony". He is not only knowledgable but a gentle soul that makes you somehow feel better about your house being a construction zone! We would definately hire this company again. Barb and Mike H.

 + -1 moreEverything they said they would do, they did. My contact person, Albert, kept me informed throughout the process. He showed up to our first appointment on time and committed to exceed my expectations. He followed up with his bid by email in the timeframe promised and worked closely with my insurance adjuster to avoid any snags along the way. Even after they began the job of replacing the actual roof, Albert made sure he kept me informed as to what to expect and when to expect it either by phone call or email. This was about as painless a construction process as I've ever experienced, and I got a beautiful new roof in the process. The guys at Roof Medics were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their roof.
Description of Work: Roof Medics, LLC replaced the 20+ year old roof on our home. From my first phone call to this company to the final follow-up visit, everyone associated with this company was professional, courteous and responsive. (They were referred to me by a friend who had used them in 2010 and had a similar positive experience with them.) Every step of the process happened when it was promised...the original service call, meeting with my insurance adjuster, delivering the supplies, thru the completion of the project. And the best part of all when when one of the owners showed up after the completion of the job just to make sure that everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was before they began the job. That just doesn't happen as often as it should and showed me that they have real pride in what they do and that they care about customer satisfaction. I was so pleased with them that I recommended them to my neighbors. And I wouldn't do that unless I was absolutely certain they would meet or exceed their expectations! Who needs to live next to someone who is dissatisfied with someone you referred them to?!?!
