ProMax did a fantastic job. Zee, the owner, views jobs as if they were for his own home. Two master carpenters, Jim and Patrick couldn't have been more professional or showing in attention to detail. They helped us pick the right tv mounts to go over the fireplaces, saving money where we could and suggesting quality where it counts. For the 4 days to do the job, every evening the area was shop vac'ed, dusted, and usable by the family. Finished product looked better than we imagined. My wife found Promax on angies list, and Zee was the only one who answered the phone as a live person rather than the other contractors who basically wanted to know how much you had to spend, leave a message, and hope they call back. ProMax is at the absolute top of their game, blending value and quality.

Estimate was quick and to the point. Mr. Sendic was professional, prompt, and on time. We had an electronic estimate emailed to us within a few days, and Mr. Sendic easily coordinated the HVAC and carpentry parts of the job and included them in the estimate. The job was begun promptly and completed in a timely fashion. However, there was some poorly done plaster and finishing work. When we pointed this out to Mr. Sendic, he personally re-finished the plaster and paint work to our satisfaction. He also completed the transition between the two rooms, which was not included in the original estimate (in other words, he did it for free). However, the additional work added time and aggravation to the job which would have been avoided had it been done correctly the first time. Overall, however, we had a positive experience, especially since Mr. Sendic immediately and completely corrected the deficiencies in the work.

Zlatan Sendic is very nice, but he did not bring a sample window to show us. He brought a brochure for Anderson windows and said that he only uses Anderson or Paella windows. He then emailed us a quote that was very low. The quote did not have the brand of window listed. I emailed Mr. Sendic back and asked which Anderson window was included in the bid. He said that the bid was for Stanley windows. I do not like his bait and switch tactics.
