Jesse responded immediately when called about a significant mold/water problem in my mother's home. He always followed up as he committed and went above and beyond the scope of his work to help her. It is rare to find a company that provides this quality of service. He cares about his customers. He is driven by "doing right" for his clients versus making money on just another job. + 0 moreJesse and his employee were professional, friendly, polite and respectful of my home. Jesse explained the entire process to me thoroughly and provided a breakdown of such with his estimate. He was considerate of my budget and some time constraints. I would recommend him in a heartbeat -- in fact I have already done so.
Description of Work: Provider performed mold mitigation in finished basement. This included cleaning of carpet; upholstered furniture also cleaned for an additional, nominal fee.
