+ 0 morePermitting and construction went as smoothly as one could hope. Scott did great job providing information in plans to secure approval and contractors had information to do their parts with less material and extra labor costs. In these cases it comes as well as the information provider by customer to Scott. Would be any choice to secure his services again if neede arises.

+ -1 moreWe needed a report on a load bearing wall with a quick turn around. Scott came quickly and provided a very detailreport the next day. He was very patient in explaining the condition of the wall and what was needed to be completed to ensure the integrity of the wall Scott even made himself available to review the work that was dine. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

I would highly recommend Scott for any structural work that needs to be completed. Scott is very professional and patient. I always ask a lot of questions and he had no issues providing an explanation in layman’s terms. We needed documentation like yesterday and Scott provided a detail account of the work required immediately. Scott’s prices are also very reasonable too.
