After some delays getting the permit through city hall they did a great job tearing off my old wooden deck, building a composite deck with under decking and screened in room under the deck. All the workers were professional skilled American laborers. They explained all the steps and communicated whenever there was an issue or delay.

I love my new windows, Maris is a wonderful company to deal with and the installers could not have done a better job. They were pleasant and did not mind questions. When they ,Schwartz and Company ,were finished they left nothing us with nothing to pick up. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks. Very pleasant experience.

Beautiful deck delivered on time. Had an issue with a measurement and exposed rotting siding after the job was finished, and they fixed the measurement issue and found the perfect solution for the siding ASAP. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we’re ecstatic about our new deck. Wonderful job.

Worked with me getting a schedule around other projects that interfered.

I did not replace my siding but decided to replace all fascia and soffits as well as gutters. At this time the gutters haven t been done but fascia and soffits look amazing. The crew was wonderful and worked very hard

Very professional team that was attentive to our needs for our new deck. They secured all building permits, including assisting with meeting my HOA requirements; and they built a beautiful deck for us. I would rate Maris â  10â  if the scale went that high. Will definitely hire Ken and his team for future projects.

They had to come back three times to straighten a railing post.

Really, my only suggestion to them would be to cut the metal railings on a disposable tarp, and haul them away. Doing the metal cutting on the deck was not in the best judgement, nor is blowing the shavings into the yard. My pet could have easily have some shaving embedded in its paws. That would have been a problem. Joe

Maris Home Improvments did a great job very pleased my siding transformed my house love it !

I replaced all of the original windows in my 1930's home. I was nervous about how the new windows would change the character of the home, but Karen assisted me in choosing a style that would maintain the character including picking cherry trim for the interior of the windows to match the existing wood on the floors and trim. The communication from start to finish has been excellent.
