The contractor did a great job installing the door.

The lady we worked with (forgot her name) was very knowledgeable, having been an interior designer. She not only provided a workable design, but offered other tips based on her own expertise. The only reasons we didn't choose Lowe's to provide our cabinets and construction was that we found nicer cabinets and a lower price at Cabinets, Flooring and More.

The service was very good.

The only problem I had was the blinds for the two patios took an extremely long time, but they were very professional with it. They followed up and stayed up with me. The blinds were specially ordered. The company that put the blinds together ran out of material and after three months they still didn’t have the special order put together. They kept saying that they ran out of material. All other blinds that I had throughout the place were on time. I ended up just canceling the special order and bought blinds for the two patio doors from what they had in the warehouse. Overall Lowe's did well.

Tony and Devon were the team of installers from Lowe's who installed our carpet, It was a rather large space including a great room, a hallway, and a bedroom with walk-in closet. They were extremely professional and very experienced, working quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The installation was done beautifully. They were very careful bringing in the carpet pieces to avoid damage to the walls in the stairwell. When they completed the day, no seams at all show! We are delighted with their work.

The person who they subcontracted to do the job did a very nice job. He came when he was supposed to and explained totally to me what he was doing. I liked the product.

They did an awesome job. They call ahead and when they say they are going to be there, they are. They come with enough men to actually get the job done and do it in a timely manner. A lot of times people give a bid and they send out one guy and he’s here for days rather than sending out a crew and finishing the job quickly. The roster is exactly what they say they are going to do. They are great with the clean up. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

We liked them a lot. They were excellent, unlike other companies that were uneven in terms of their responsiveness and service. We wanted a high-quality door. There was a certain look we were after and couldn’t quite get it from the other providers we checked. In the end they had the door we wanted. We kind of got a sense of the market, the value and that sort of thing out there. It was really the style that they had available that made us choose it. The door we got was a ReliaBilt by Amarr. We were satisfied with it. It was a high-quality item that was the right price, compared to what we had seen at other garage door companies. It was an insulated door - a part of it had the look of a pin board. The installation and everything worked well. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They have subcontractors who came when they were supposed to and finished the work when they were supposed to. They actually came back when the job was not quite right.

They have been really good about returns and support that way. I really don't shop around much but they seem to have greater variety of things. Their home and garden person is very honest, straight forward and very helpful. They made suggestions that weren't necessarily in favor of Lowes as far as details are concerned.

I absolutely loved the people that came out. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and they paid very good attention to detail. They installed one piece and they didn’t like the way it looked so before they even finished, the guy took it out, fixed it, and came back the next day. They price came in right where they said it would. They were easy to work with and I’ve very happy.

They were terrific and met the times we had agreed on. They did eveything they were supposed to. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. The workers were terrific and very professional. The work was completed on time. I would use them again.

Overall, this was a great experience. I was very impressed by the integrity and helpfulness of Lowe's. I will continue to go here for my future purchases.

Overall, the whole process went really well. After going into the store to ask about the vanity, I had to schedule the installers to come and measure it. After they measured for it, the vanity was ordered. Once it came in, the installers then scheduled a time for installation, which was within a couple of days. The installation went smoothly. They even straightened out some piping under my old sink to give me more room in the cabinet. The installation was completed within 2-3 hours. The day after installation, Lowe's called to make sure I was happy with everything. Again, I was very pleased with the work, and I just love my new vanity!

Selected door at store. Arranged with their staff to have Lowe's contractor to install. Happy with price and initially happy with the install. However, the installer made promises that were not kept: 1. Said they would order additional items for trim 2. Said they would return within one year to adjust the door, if needed After multiple calls, I gave us on their promises and asked a handyman to complete the work

The whole process went well. I was able to get an appointment made for getting the room measured just a couple days after I payed Lowe's for the appt. The cost estimate for the job was then back at Lowe's a couple days after that. From there, I went ahead and ordered the carpet. It arrived within the specified time, and I was able to make an appt. for the install soon after that. The installation went great. The guys moved all my furniture out of the room for the install and put it all back after installation. They did a great job seaming the two pieces of carpet that were needed together (as the carpet I picked only came in 12' width. I was made aware of that prior to ordering the carpet.) We haven't had any problems with it, and I have two small children who are pretty tough on it. They even vacuumed the carpet after the installation and prior to bringing the furniture back in. Just a great job!

We were happy with the new fan installed. The installer was very nice, quite a talker. There was some confusion because we didn't have a wall switch to operate fan, but installer was able to complete job with no problem.

We purchased a new faucet and had Lowe's handle the installation. The plumber they sent was very good, professional and did a very neat job. He also had a flexible schedule and gave us several choices of times for getting the work done. Great experience and we would use Lowe's again rather than calling a plumber separately. Also, the salesperson at Lowe's was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us select the right faucet.

Lowe's had a good selection of countertops to choose from. The installers did a good job - very professionally done (and they were neat).

The work was fine and they came on time. I thought the price was fair.

Lowes had a great selection with friendly help. We were very satisfied with the experience and visited several times to add landscaping items. We plan to make Lowes our primary source for planting this Spring.

ONCE THEY GOT HERE IT WAS WONDERFUL. IT WAS KIND OF TOUGH TO GET IT SCHEDULED. I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY THE INSTALLATION DATE WAS SETTLED.

MY PAPERWORK WASN'T IN ORDER, BUT THEY FIXED THE SITUATION QUICKLY.
