On the previous review, the owner called me. She stated that her records indicated that someone from her company did call my wife and left a voice message on her phone. She apologized and will make sure that will never happen again. I may try the company again later.

They Windows look and function great! My wife really likes them and she was very happy with the installers. She was very impressed with how the installers went above and beyond and they were all very polite and accommodating.

Eddie and Hilarion did an EXCELLENT job of replacing custom fascia siding and repair. Customer service was top notch! All though the project was small, it was treated as if I was their biggest customer. Donna and Jake were very responsive in getting the job going and completed, much sooner than I hoped. This was a pleasure having J and J do the job.

We would HIGHLY recommend this company, and we will definitely use them again for any future projects! Everyone we worked with was VERY professional and friendly! The entire team made it easy to pick out the products, schedule the installation date, then perform the actual installation. We are very happy with the quality of the doors too! They arrived right on time and completed the work in a very short time. I am please with how it looks and would hire them again. The office ladies were very helpful and easy to work with!!!

We signed our contract in December and J&J was able to come in March to complete the project. The windows were installed first on our house, which was smooth and without incident. A couple of days later they tore off the siding and discovered there were 5 additional layers of siding underneath, as well as some damage to our roof along the walls of the dormers. The crew was able to tear everything off and make the necessary repairs to do the project the right way (unlike the previous owners). We also had some unexpected rain move in while the dormers were exposed and the crew came early to get everything covered up and water tight. After those major alterations to the original project, the crew was able to get our new siding up and on the dormers. The final project was wonderful. There was a lot of anxiety in seeing all of the unexpected items that came up, but Jake from J&J did a great job making sure things were done well for as little additional cost as possible. J&J is one of those few companies that I would not hesitate to hire again, even without looking or comparing with other siding/window companies.

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Jake was quick to find a solution to my problem and was able to provide a new part that matched my original within a few minutes of arriving in their store. Everyone in the office was very friendly and would happily work with this company again in the future.

I a great experience through the process. The sales team was great to work with in getting a quote and determining the right doors for my needs; the support team were responsive and easy to work with in getting information and the process set for the installation; and the installers took their time to answer my questions and make sure that a difficult installation on a 1920's home was done right, while ensuring the rest of the home stayed clean and undamaged. There value showed up in both what they did, but HOW they completed the work. I have already recommended them to a few friends for their needs, and I will be contacting them for a quote on some additional gutter, soffit and fascia work on my home.

They did an excellent job. Their work was far superior to the original company that installed the same on my house. The workers were very good and worked very hard and cleaned up thoroughly. Jerry in Sales was excellent in explaining the work proposal to me. I would recommend J&J Siding for any type of siding/wrap work you need on your home.

From the quote process through the installation..it went extremely well. Jake, the salesman was impressive from the beginning. He communicated swiftly in answering my many questions about the various window types and provided a quote quickly. The office staff kept me informed as the installation date approached and the installation team showed up exactly as promised on every day of the installation. The installation team was also very professional in their installation...putting down protective tarps on our flooring and vacuuming after they installed each window. As they finished each day, I was told what time they'd return the next day and they arrived exactly the following day as they had said. Both the head installer and Jan from the office made sure on the final install day that everything was done to my satisfaction. Their total price was a tiny bit over the other two bids I had gotten from other vendors, but I think the service I received from J&J and the experience they have installing windows was well worth the extra money. I'd definitely recommend them!

It was a very positive experience from door selection through installation. I was provided very good information related to the time frames and the process. Everything went as described. I would highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience. My sales person Matt was incredible and very helpful. The installers were so friendly and did a wonderful job. They not only hauled off my old windows but also cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company.

J&J was great - they made it quick and easy for me to get the repairs done last year. They also did great work, and several of my neighbors asked for their information after seeing the job they did on our house. This year I got more damage from a hailstorm, with most of the damage coming from the roof. I went with a roofing and siding company - thinking of the job mostly as a roofing job not a siding job. However, the other company was not able to get the siding work done well despite the sale being done as a package deal. They referred me back to J&J since they knew that company was truly made up of siding experts and I am so happy they did so. J&J consulted about what siding would and would not work. They never pressured for a sale, and ultimately I decided that this year's siding work could wait. That said, they were hugely helpful in taking the time and explaining all the tradeoffs of the different options, giving me their time even when it was apparent there was not going to be a sale. It is clear to me that J&J is the best siding company, and I plan on using them for my next job.

Excellent company. Professional staff on site as well as in the office. The installers were always on time and did a great job. The work site was cleaned up every day. The whole experience with J & J was terrific!

Jake was very persuasive and confident in his company's capabilities. The company delivered as promised. I was not present when the work was completed due to the death of a family member out of state. Upon my return, I could not believe how nice the house looked. The workmanship was very good and showed attention to detail. The worksite was clean of any debris. The work crew also addressed minor imperfections not even mentioned during the initial inspection. The cost seemed very affordable.

It was a wonderful experience. The estimator called before coming and arrived when he said he'd be there. The replacement product is high quality and the installation went very smoothly and I had nothing to clean up when the installers were finished.

J & J set up an appointment and Jake arrived promptly as promised. He conducted a thorough inspection of our known problem areas, providing valuable insight into correct installation practices. He also recommended we have a roof inspection before going back to our installation contractor to rule that out as a potential source of our problem. Jake was very professional and knowledgable. We felt that he provided us with an excellent inspection and review of potential solutions.

Jake arrived as promised and went over all the areas of concern. He was very knowledgable and provided us with a much better understanding of the potential installation issues and a recommendation for an additional roof inspection before going back to our original siding contractor. If we need exterior house repair outside our existing warranty we would definitely include J & J as a potential contractor.

Fantastic. Professional from sales to installation and followup. Windows are great - very quiet... which was our main goal with the new windows.

I had 3 exterior doors that all had wood rot through the frame/jamb. J and J did a great job evaluating the issues, recommended the perfect rot resistant solution to the problem at a reasonable price. They communicated very well throughout the entire process. Finally they completed the project on time and with great professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

This is the probably the sixth time I have used J and J Window Sales for either windows or siding. The service is always excellent and the pricing is reasonable. I have recommended J and J to friends who have used them and they have been equally pleased. I highly recommend J and J Window Sales to others.
