Dan provided a very competitive bid, but I chose someone who quoted a window I was more familiar with that was in our own community. My experience with J&J was very good.

J&J does very professional work; the new door looks awesome! They accidentally hit an electrical wire while installing the drywall inside; they took care of getting a electrician to my house to repair this.

We have used them in the past. They put in a French door and windows when we first moved in 30 years ago. I think their prices are fair. Their responsiveness is very good.

They did everything we expected them to do. We liked and got what they had to offer. Everything was good about them. Their price was good and the quality of work was good. Their salesman was very patient with us and didn't try to push us. It took a year or more for us to commit something, but they were always ready to come out when we called them. The people that installed did a very good job of taking out the old windows and installing the new ones and cleaned up after themselves. We would use them again only for the windows with vinyl.

Went very well and they go over the project when they are finished to make sure you are satisfied.

These guys just work their backs off. They are pleasant and easy to work with. They did the work and did not leave a mess. They also did the work correctly. They had all the atributes that you would hope for in a company.

Installers did not show up on a Thursday. They had run out of time on a previous job. The office didn't know until I called them asking about the installers. The office rescheduled the install for the next day. They arrived as scheduled. They completed the install a couple of hours later with no problems. The installers hauled away the packing materials and left no mess.

Very good experience. They showed up on time. They were very friendly. Very efficient. Very effective and to the point.

In a word, suburb. There was one person that did the work (Joe) and he paid great attention to detail. He kept us informed of his plan, did what he said he was going to do when he said he would, with obvious considerations for weather. We love the way he feathered the siding so seams are hardly noticeable. All corners have correct angles that fit together nicely. We had two complex "eyeball" places that he worked perfectly. We provided new (in the box) exterior porch lights and doorbell button and he switched those out for us with no complaint. Bad boards were replaced as needed. The time-consuming columns and bases look very nice. Basement windows were also trimmed. Joe cleaned up each day and hauled away scraps.

Exceptional! Material cost was higher than what is available in the market, but based on demo of choices available, energy savings should be substantial. Work was great. Attention to the little details was noteworthy. There was one small complaint we had, and it was immediately resolved. During the selection process, I was impressed with the way they left the choice to us, but also kept us from doing something something stupid. For example, "Are you sure you want plain glass in the back and cross-members in the front?" (obviously not; you would generally want them to match). Excellent sales follow-up from start to finish. So happy that we just ordered siding from them.

I have used this company several times and they have always done an excellent job. I highly recommend them. They are always on time. They make things easier that way. You can always count on someone who will be there on time.

THE TWO MEN WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP EVERY DAY THEY WORKED & STAYED ON THE JOB UNTIL THE CONTRACT WAS FINISHED. I DIDN'T HAVE TO "SHARE" THEM WITH OTHER JOBS.

SO FAR OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD. WE HAVE NOT HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED YET.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THEY HAD PROMISED TO GET THE WORK DONE WAS WHAT THEY DID IT IN. THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT BEHIND AND THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL.
