We used J & J two years ago when we replaced one window. We are very pleased with the quality of the window and so we contacted them for an estimate on replacing the rest of our windows (29) and the 2 triple sliding glass doors because the seals had failed. We were impressed with their courtesy, product quality, workmanship of installers, and the timeframe for accomplishing the work. We would highly recommend them.

Jerry the salesman was excellent and explain to the windows and the auctions within my budget. Jan the scheduler back at their office help me reschedule my install twice. The installers were on time each day, very respectful of my home, wearing booties on their shoes when they were going in and out. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. All in all, I would absolutely recommend these to my family friends.

This all began with a 5 ft. section of second floor window fascia that had come loose and was bent outward. I contacted J&J due to the good experience I had with them in 2015 with new door installations and repairs. Jake (the owner) promptly came out and evaluated the situation, which at his own initiative included assessing other existing aspects of my exterior installations. He advised that several things had been done incorrectly or at least not per best installation practices (as probably evidenced by the loosened fascia for no apparent reason), explained all of this in great detail, and offered several incremental options for improvement. To start off with a piece of broken fascia and end up with complete re-siding of a two-story home may seem like quite a leap, and was one that I did not take lightly. Nevertheless, thanks to Jake's expert knowledge and clear explanations, I took great interest in the long-term investment value of a much larger project and soon was sold. I want to make it clear that this was not a case of being sold a Mercedes when all I wanted was a Honda (no offense to Honda owners!). Admittedly I am not on an austere budget, and accordingly became convinced that this was the right decision. Jake was not inordinately zealous to make a sale, just informative with intent to be helpful. The work went without any problems. This was a huge undertaking and I had many concerns and questions along the way, some of which I expressed rather emphatically. Jake made repeated visits to very patiently, thoroughly, and professionally address them all to my satisfaction and comfort. The finished installation (which included all new and better light mounts, exhaust vents and accessories of that nature) is an attractive improvement. With small pieces of plastic being scattered all over the place during the tear-out, I was skeptical about the quality of the final clean-up. Well, it was impeccable. Donna at their office was extremely friendly and responsive as she supported the whole operation from beginning to final payment. She is likely the brains of the operation . . . If and when the time comes for window work or replacement, I will not consider any provider other than J&J.

J & J Siding & Windows came out last September (2017) and installed new siding & 3 new windows. The siding and windows they installed still look fantastic! It was time now to replace the rest of those drafty wood windows (and sliding glass door) with new ones. Just like before, J & J Siding & Windows was on time, did perfect work and left no mess afterwards. Because of certain requirements on our end, we had to ask J & J Windows & Siding to install the windows on one side of our house on one day and have them not do the remaining windows until a different day. They were happy to work with us so that everyone was well pleased. It is really nice to find a company these days that still cares about integrity and customer satisfaction! We live along side a busy road and it's so quiet now compared to the road noise we used to have to put up with. Great products, great service and we are greatly delighted with our new windows and siding. One of our neighbors had new siding installed by someone else last summer and it is already looking bad. You get what you pay for. Please don't make the mistake of investing in home repair with some company that doesn't really know what they are doing. You'll be happy if you choose J & J Siding & Windows. :)

he gave me bids for two quality window. the lower quality was 7k more than my other bid, and the higher quality was 10k more. now there are a zillion types of windows, and it is possible i went with lower quality, but i do not think so. ratings were just as high. NU VUE was cheaper and owner was completely involved.

Work was done on time and the owner visited to ensure a quality job was performed.

We liked them. They did a good job. They were very nice and easy to work with. The price was fair. I think that was the second time we've used them. They delivered on everything they promised. The guy came out, was very polite, gave a good estimate, and clean up after himself.

Jake with J & J Siding and Windows was extremely patient and friendly with us throughout the entire process. We also had the exterior of our house painted at the same time, but J & J had no problem working with our schedule at all times. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything. Our old siding had replaced some brickwork so J & J had to find ways to make our new siding look great without compromising the integrity of our home. They did that and more. Keeping water away from your house while making it look awesome is their #1 priority. Others in our subdivision had their siding replaced and I had heard their horror stories, but it was all smooth sailing with J & J. We received what we ordered. The siding was delivered safely and placed in the location we requested. The J & J siding crew know their business. The same crew has been doing J & J's siding for many years. They checked our house for water damage, but everything was okay there. When they wrapped our house, they didn't use a bunch of nails or staples which would've defeated the whole purpose of the house wrap. I've seen other companies put the house wrap up in sections and/or pieces, and I felt bad for those owners. At the end of the day, before the crew left, they ALWAYS left our house well protected against the weather just in case any rain moved into the area before they returned the next day. They also made sure their work area was cleaned up before they left for the day. They were always happy to answer any questions we asked. The old siding we had let in water. The new siding does not. The old siding was 4 inch slats, typical "vinyl siding" look. The new siding is 7 inch slats so you can't really tell if it's vinyl or not. This new siding came with insulation, another plus. The crew replaced our doorbell and our exterior lights with no problems. The main reason we went with J & J was because they always came out to help us with our little repairs when other companies didn't want to be bothered. We've had many compliments on our new siding from our neighbors which makes us happy because we love it too. We also had 3 (leaking) windows replaced and J & J did another excellent job on those. Now we're getting another bid to have all the rest of the windows replaced as well. If you're looking for windows and siding that will last for years and will keep your home completely dry, then please contact J & J Siding and Windows. I can't say enough good things about them. To have a major renovation done without one single headache (the typical disagreements between customer & contractor, sigh) was amazing. They KNOW the windows and siding trade like no one else! Jake, owner & sales rep, was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was timely on all communications, patient when walking my wife & myself through the choosing of the right windows for our home and was more than flexible on working with us to make sure we got the best for our budget. There are not enough kind words about Jake and J & J! The guys & gal that did the install could not have been more respectful of my home and my family. They were on time both days and completed the job in less time than quoted. They answered, in detail, all questions that we had while they were installing the windows & doors. All in all and top to bottom J & J is a first class business without exception! Thanks to Jake and everyone at J & J!!

The estimator/salesman was very helpful in terms of explaining options and how they would proceed. They worked patiently with our complex schedule to schedule the work. The workers were professional and courteous. The communicated expectations on arrival time and what work they expected to complete both days. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. We had a minor issue after the work was completed which they resolved immediately and without hesitation. I would (and likely will) hire them again.

They were excellent. The pricing was a little high.

They were fantastic! I have a 1903 Victorian home, with most of the windows painted shut from previous owners. The crew from J and J showed up on time, and due to lead abatement, had the windows sealed up completely before removal. They removed the windows, put in the new ones, sealed up, and had almost all done the first day (I had 9 windows). The 2nd day they had the remainder of the windows in, and they did a fantastic job with the outside encasement and siding matching. They look so much better than the original windows and storm screens that were ugly on there! The price was about $500.00 more than what Lowe's quoted, but I am so glad that I went with these guys! I will use them again for the upstairs windows when the budget allows :)

This company and its employees are first rate. When the salesman was at the house to discuss what we wanted, I told him the door should be hinged on the left. He acknowledged this and made a note; I looked at the note and questioned him, since it appeared to me that he had written it down backwards. He confirmed that the door would be hinged as I had asked. However, the actual contract did not include a sketch or any other indication, and sure enough when the door arrived, it was installed backwards -- hinged on the right. Even though the salesman said he did not remember our discussions, the company immediately recognized that because they had failed to include a sketch in the contract, they would need to remove the door they had just installed, order a new one and then install the new one. I know this cost them a substantial amount of money but they were unfailingly gracious about it. And the workmanship was simply superb. I would use these people again in a heartbeat.

I am pleased with this company. They use email alot so it is easy to get ahold of them. They were punctual with quotes and always answered phone and my questions (I needed a window replaced 2 days before Christmas). I felt they were very responsive - calling back when they said they would even during holiday season. I was not there when they took the estimate or replaced the window so I can't speak much to punctuality or professionalism but I'm certain it was good as everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate that they did their job and I didn't have to be there.
