Bob was timely, professional, answered all questions, responsive, and courteous. He does his own work (with his hardworking partner, Al) from start to finish. His bid was very reasonable given the superior quality of the work performed. He went above and beyond by offering a thicker pour vs. the competition and using rebar and drilling into existing foundation for support and longevity. He had to haul away more dirt/clay than expected, but this was because the ground was some kind of pond bottom (as he called it) at some point. He wanted to make sure I'd never have issues, so the thicker pour was much appreciated. The project took some time, but reasonably expected given the size of my driveway. I have recommended him to numerous neighbors, and I hope they use his services.

He did a great job. Our neighbor's have also use him for new driveways. (the date is VERY approximate)

He seemed to really care about the quality of his work. He was excellent.

I called Bob and he came the same day to look at the job and I received a proposal from him the next day. He was up front with me as to materials he would use and options of how the job could be done. I had a friend of mine who's in construction look over the three bids I'd gotten and he felt ICC was the best for the money. Bob was available to start within two to three weeks but I put it off for an additional two weeks. They got the entire job done in four days!
