I don’t know if they are on Angie’s list or not. I have used them for some time and I had them last week. Actually we had them do regular maintenance on our home, the one we are currently living in. The weather has been so mild and I just noticed that we had this little bit of tiny bugs that look like pepper started to appear. They came out the very next day and sprayed for that because had we had our house on the market and we didn’t want any prospective buyer to look down and see any bugs on the floor. They were very responsive. They did an extra spray for the entire house on the inside and the out. If one needs any pepper pest control service in the area, then they should call them because they are friendly to deal with. In this particular case they were very responsive. The price is fine. Actually if I end up a little early, and call them they say do you mind if I come early and that is perfect. I would use them again in the future if they come to the area where we are moving to.

We tried everything we could think of, to no avail, to get rid of the squirrels in our attic. Not knowing who to call, we made several inquiries and ultimately selected Woodsmill Pest Control because of the great reviews they had received from other clients as well as their reasonable pricing. There was an original estimate charge that was a little higher than some others, but their per animal pricing was lower and they were clear about what other charges might apply. I felt that we were given a much more detailed idea of what we could expect to pay. The technician showed up on time and was very flexible with our schedule, as he had to come check the traps periodically. He seemed very knowledgeable about squirrels, their habits, and how to best catch them. In the end 2 squirrels were removed and 4 attic screens replaced. We were happy with the price, as we had read about other contractors who charged twice that amount and added extra fees at the end of the job. He was clean, neat, and there were no surprises. I hope to never have to do squirrel removal again, but would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone.

We switched to Woods Mill Pest Control last year when we became disenchanted with our previous company. They have been informative and responsive to our requests for assistance.

I had concern about small moths in kitchen. Might be termites? Called Woods Mill they said it was Pantry Pests. I requested an inspection. The inspector confirmed they were harmless (to structure) moths. Had him do a complete termite inspection as a precaution. No problems found. The inspector was courteous, efficient and professional The transaction was completely satisfactory.

They like to do it every 3 months, but it lasts a lot longer than that. I recommend them to my friends who have problems with spiders or bees in our area. It was worthwhile. Whatever they did we got rid of the problems. The services were successful despite the problems, and we did not have spiders.

This was a fantastic experience! We caught 72 voles in about 4 months. Jim came out every week or two to check the traps, and he did a great job of keeping us posted. We recommend him without hesitation, and will use him again in a heartbeat if we ever have any other pest control needs.

Jim educated me on what to look for relating to termites. He first did a thorough inspection in our basement and then went outside and did the same. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The cost for the inspection is what I would expect and I got my money's worth. I would not hesitate to call Woods Mill Pest Control for any of our pest control needs.

They assessed the house and the mouse problem we were having. They set traps and also advised us on an infestation problem we were having.

I am on a yearly contract with them so they come back out for free if I need them. They trapped about 6 moles during a month's time. Their prices seemed competitive so I will use them again in the future.

i was very happy with this company. an appt was scheduled and the technician was on time. he was friendly, courteous, and moved about unobtrusively. there was a bit of an obstacle in that i was also having roofing work done that day, but Lou my technician proceeded with his outside work moving around the roof workers. it appeared he was thorough. the spray used had no odor! a bonus for me as i dislike that chemical smell. and to top it off, there was a discount for being an Angie's list member. my long term past pest co. had become unreliable, so i was glad i had Woods Mill to turn to. i will definitely bring them back. thanks for a good job!

The appointment was just a day after I called to request service. The technician arrived early in my appointment window. He was knowledgeable and explained the type of roach I'd seen, why they may be in the house, and how to control them. The whole interior and exterior was sprayed and baited. Seemed like a reasonable price for the time he spent. I intend to re-hire them in a couple months for a follow-up appointment, and will comment then on the efficacy of the treatment.

Have used this company since June 2006. We have a termite prevention/inspection contract with them. They inspect our house annually. We also use them for other pest control on an annual basis. Very thorough, very professional, very patient with questions and concerns we have.

we saw a mouse in the house. They were on-time. Came in, searched thoroughly, explained stuff, answered all my questions. They were honest about what i could do and what they could do so i had options to do things myself as a home owner. We caught mice within 2 hours right where he said they would be. We only had a few as he predicted. Will definitely call again if needed.

Woods Mill Pest Control inspected our home for termites. We already knew that we had an issue. They were very professional and honest. I felt very comfortable with them from the very start. Once we told them we were ready to have the treatment done, they came as promised and started the treatment. The weather turned bad so they had to finish the outside treatment later that week. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Even though I hated paying for a termite treatment I couldn't have picked a better company to deal with. Top notch.

The gentleman that came to spray showed up on time and was congenial and professional. I showed him the basement and told him what the main issues were. He got to work right away and spent a great deal of time in the basement. He then went around the rest of the house and assured me that the spray wouldn't harm my cat when it dried. He didn't spray in a continuous stream along the baseboards as I've seen other exterminators do, but more used short bursts in different places along the baseboards. He went outside and sprayed along the foundation and around all the door frames, as well. When he left, I asked if he wouldn't mind spraying inside and around the mailbox as I have pulled the mail out with a spider attached and he obliged. We had one centipede alive the next day and found another dead one in the middle of the basement two days later. I assume they were just "coming out of the woodwork" to die. So far, I haven't seen a single bug inside the house since they sprayed over a week ago. While I won't be scheduling this every other month, I will definitely use Woods Mill again in the future. Glad I found them!!

Very professional and thorough. So far no more problems

I worked with Rich, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There were two times that the trapped squirrel was left in the cage for 3 days, when I was told their policy was to check traps every day. Two occasions, also, when I was told work would take place and then there was a no-show. That doesn't really bother me, though, as I was only concerned about getting the access points closed off before cooler weather hit and it was ok on my end if he got caught up at other job sites. Cost is a little pricey, with the initial consultation being $185, which amounted to poking a head into the attic from the inside (he never got into the attic) and looking at the gutters from the outside, all of which took 20 minutes, tops. Add in the cost of each squirrel and it cost me $315 to cart away two squirrels. Wow. The other $300 came from the installation of the hardwire cloth, which I thought was fair. This company said they let the squirrels go, instead of killing them, and that was important to me. All in all, it was a good experience, though a little costly, and I hope those little nuisances never come back!

One of the technicians didn't want to do what we kept asking for. Owner came out on a very rainy Wednesday and patiently and meticulously went all over the house setting traps. Kind, pleasant and professional. For pest control or exterminating, I highly recommend Woods Mill Pest Control.

They were spiders and ants. They are ants coming in but there is nothing that they have not done. The experience with them was great. The guy who came out was very professional and informative. He explained stuff to me and he was quick. After that I didn't have any problems. He was reasonably priced and he came on time. It was a good experience.

The woman who answered the phone was so knowledgeable. She knew immediately that it was a yellow jackets' nest from the description I gave her. I told her I had found them on Angie's List so I recevied a 10% discount. She said someone would be here between 6 - 7 PM today, which is what happened. The job was done well. The person sho did the job (President of the company!) saw our dogs and suggested that we keep themaway form the area for a day or two, so that they wouldn't get stung, in case some unhappy yellow jackets were flying around. We appreciated his concern for our animals. This comapny charged us $76. The other company which we contacted from Angie's List was going to charge $240 with a discounted price of $199 for the same job (their tech saw the sitaution, so this was an onsite estimate. Quite a difference! Both have 30 day guarantees.

I thought they were a little pricey, but we didn’t do a lot of comparing with other companies. But they did solve the problem.

They were excellent. Other companies just put a trap on the roof but never caught anything. This guy nailed a trap to the soffit the covered the hole in the wall so that the squirrel wouldn’t be able to get out except through the trap. We got four squirrels and he was sure that was all of them but I heard another one so he came right back out, got it, and closed up the hole. It was the same guy every time and he knows about squirrels; he knows about what they do, how they operate, when they were likely to be doing things, and he knew about the lifecycle of the squirrel. I got the impression when talking on the phone with someone from the company that they keep a real close eye on the employees and that they expect good work. I was just really impressed. They charged $125 initially then $85 a squirrel. They were terrific and I would absolutely use them again.

We had an infestation of small ants last spring and again this spring. We'd been able to control them last year with store-bought ant traps and sprays, but this year we could not. We called Woods Mill Pest Control. They came out within a couple of days. They found the source of the infestation and eliminated it, and they also sprayed around the exterior. We also had them do a termite inspection. The ants disappeared within a few days and haven't reappeared. Excellent work. We would use them again if we have another pest problem.
