Great results!

They are knowledgeable about the kind of spiders we have. The spiders are very tricky and Woods Mill Pest Control specializes in their extermination. They had come out and sprayed shortly after it had rained and they came back and sprayed again at no charge.

They did a good job and I would use them again. The only thing I did not like was that there was a service charge just for coming out which was not mentioned until they were here. Other than that I was very pleased with the work.

As are all my dealings with this company -- extremely caring, desire to resolve your concern ASAP, however, they insure they do so in a very safe manor. They take care in insuring that you understand everything and answer all your questions. I have been extremely impressed with every person I have dealt with in this company. Please note that we have had the misfortune to have to deal with mice, opossum, termites and use them also for quarterly sprays and every time they are great!

They did an entire perimeter spray. They were the cheapest of the three exterminators that I called.

Every member of the team (including office for scheduling) is extremely polite and helpful. Jim and Bryan answered all our questions, as well as those from our neighbors. Extremely helpful by educating us. Not only have they started the treatment, but offered suggestions on how we can minimize troubles in the future from any other pests.

Jim, the owner, did a thorough inspection of my property for termite damage. He discussed with me the options for treatment. He did not pressure me to do more than was necessary. The cost was much lower than other estimates I received. Office help was pleasant and responsive on the phone. Jim did the work himself, arriving right on time and explaining the procedure. I have used this company for pest control in the past and am always pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.

WE WERE HAVING TONS OF BUG PROBLEMS IN OUR RECENTLY REMODELED BASEMENT. THE REP (I THINK HIS NAME WAS PAUL) SPRAYED AROUND THE OUTSIDE, AND INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. HE DISCUSSED DETAILS OF THE SPRAY BEING USED, THE TYPES OF BUGS WE WERE SEEING, PREVENTATIVE MEASURES, ETC. AS HE ADVISED, WE STILL FOUND BUGS WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO AFTER THE SPRAYING, BUT AT LEAST THEY WERE ALREADY DEAD. SINCE THEN OUR BUG PROBLEMS IN GENERAL HAVE DECREASED DRAMATICALLY (ALTHOUGH SOME OF THAT MAY HAVE TO DO WITH THE WEATHER). THE ONLY ISSUE I'D NOTE IS THAT THE RECEPTIONIST DESCRIBED HOW THE REP WOULD INJECT BUG SOLUTION INTO OUR WALLS, BUT THE REP SPRAYED INSTEAD. I ASKED ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BUT AM NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND WHY HE SPRAYED INSTEAD OF INJECTED. EITHER WAY, I'M SURE WE'LL HIRE THEM AGAIN, PROBABLY QUARTERLY FOR MAINTENANCE.

WE HAVE BEEN USING WOODS MILL FOR THE LAST THIRTEEN YEARS. THEY ALWAYS DO A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION. WE HAVE BEEN LUCKY THAT NO INFESTATION HAS BEEN FOUND AS OF YET BUT IF, AND WHEN ANY IS FOUND, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE WOODS MILL.

IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. TRULY TERRIFIC.

CHOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY WHO WAS $100 CHEAPER.

SERVICEMAN ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED, VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM IN DETAIL.

HE'S VERY CAREFUL NOT TO GET ANY OVER SPRAY ON THE WINDOWS AND IS VERY THOROUGH. HE DOES IT EXACTLY THE WAY I ASK HIM TO. NOT TO MENTION HE'S SUCH A GENTLEMAN.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB, WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE. ARRIVED ON TIME, PERFORMED A CAREFUL INSPECTION OF HOME, GARAGE, AND YARD. POINTED OUT AREAS THAT MIGHT ATTRACT WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THEY STICK WITH YOU UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS AND THEY ARE GREAT. WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
