It went great. Good news...no termites. The technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the habits and patterns of the insects I was concerned with, specifically termites and carpenter ants. He explained the potential problem areas in and around my home. He seemed to be thorough in his spraying outside and throughout the house, including the basement and garage.

Someone came out and checked all around the porch roof and saw no opennings. He charged me $75 for this service. We are thinking the squirrels were in the gutters.

He was punctual, courteous, and explained the whole procedure very well.

Brian spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing - He was able to catch several moles and was very flexible.

I was able to speak with someone on the phone when I called. The process for removing moles was explained, charges were clearly explained, and all of my questions were answered with my phone call. Someone from the company was able to come out the next day and set the traps. The traps were checked several times within a couple of weeks and then the traps were removed. I did not need to be home for any of this and a bill and explanation was always left on my door. I found this company to be prompt and courteous and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Will Rutter arrived right on schedule, and was extremely competent and efficient.. He quickly evaluated the problem and took corrective action. He installed heavy wire mesh over a vent panel where it appeared the squirrel gained access, then set two baited traps. A few days later, he came to check the traps, and determined that the squirrel had probably escaped through an open garage door. The squirrel is gone, and we've had no further problems.

Jim was most professional. Explained problem, corrected problem, including some repairs to attic screens. Neat, prompt. Excellent results.

The day we thought we had heard squirrels in our attic, we called. They came the next day. They always called before coming to check and reset the traps and arrived when they said they would. They answered questions willingly. When squirrels were still getting in after the first entrance, Jim found a possible second and fixed that. Both men who came were pleasant and competent. We were impressed by their thoroughness.

They told us about a couple of methods they used to eliminate the termites and we selected the centricon system. It eliminated the termite problem which has not recurred since then. The company was wonderful to deal with. They were extremely punctual, courteous, and professional. I dealt with the owner of the company and he was particularly nice. They respond right away when you call them and overall I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I hired Woods Mill to inspect my home for termites before I bought it. I also am a real estate agent and have used them on the majority of my client's purchases. They show up on time, do a thorough inspection and find evidence of termites even when they are in hard to find places. On several occasions, they had to crawl through crawl spaces to thoroughly see everything. They also spray for bugs and deal with rodents caught in attics.

Very good. Timely and reasonably priced.

Well. Brian explained what he was doing, what he expected and how he would follow up. He caught the moles. I had a reappearance of mole damage and he followed up on that without charging a set-up charge.

When I called to make the appointment, the woman I talked with on the phone was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions. We set up an appointment for the following week. The technician, Jack, arrived ahead of schedule, which worked well for me, and was very friendly and patient, also taking time to answer all my questions. He did a thorough inspection and told me he saw no new termite damage or damage from any other pests, so we did not have to schedule a treatment. However, if we had needed treatment, I would have had no reservations in hiring Woods Mill Pest Control. They were great all the way around!

Showed up and went through out the house and in the closets and sprayed everything outside the house. All the windows and doors.

I would say it went very well. They came out promptly to help me; called on Friday and were out Saturday. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was birds building nests in the attic and gave ideas of how to remedy this.

The experience was good. We called and had a quick turnaround time for an appointment. They were on time and quickly took care of the problem. We liked them a lot, so when we suspected we had mice a week or two later, we called them back. They again were responsive and on time, and the mouse was caught by the next morning.

A squirrel had gotten into my rooftop crawlspace through an insecure chimney. When Jim came to check it out, the squirrel actually jumped right out of the chimney, so he just set up traps near the chimney and secured it so that additional animals would be able to exit the space, but not get back in. This seemed to solve the problem. A few months later I was hearing different scratching noises in the same area, and Jim came back out to my house and put up screens over air vents where he thought birds might be coming in to nest. The noises disappeared shortly thereafter and haven't returned since. Jim was great to work with and I really appreciate that I didn't get charged when he came back the second time, even though technically it was a separate problem.

They were very thorough. The guy was extremely friendly. We haven't had any problems with bugs anymore. He was professional and very informative. He took a lot of time to make sure it was done right.

I received a prompt response to my concerns about a squirrel that moved into our covered porch area. Will came out the next day to completely assess the situation. He seemed very knowledgeable about controlling the squirrel, however, it had left and our needs required a lot of carpentry work. I consulted with the owner and decided to approach the work with a carpenter instead. I would definitely call this company again. They seem to care about our situation and want to work to see that our needs are met.

I have tried everything imaginable to get rid of these bugs but nothing has done any good. I called Woods Mill Pest Control to take care of the problem but their service was absolutely ineffective. They really shouldn't have been since the insect was identified in advance as a fungus gnat and they seemed really knowledgeable over the phone that they could take care of the problem. They were here last Tuesday (Nov 6th) for a second spray and they were here two and a half weeks before on Oct. 9th for the initial spray but, the bugs are still here. I spoke with Dee from the company this morning regarding the matter but they wouldn't give me my money back. They were nice when they came out to do the work and, I even showed Jack (the pest control guy) the bug bites on me and their service was still ineffective. The bottom line is, they did not accomplish the job, they did however refund my money. I would not use them again.

This was the second company that I called. The first told me that it could be up to two weeks before they could come assess the yard and their estimate was for almost $400.00. Woods Mill Pest Control told me they could come the next day and estimated the job to be between $185-$225 depending on the extent of the yard to be covered. We didn't have to be home for the work to be done, and we had a note waiting for us for when we arrived home. The invoice explained what the exterminator had done and when he would return, and they billed us for $215.00.

They were very good and I'm very happy with them. I would use them again.

I think they do a very professional job. They are always thorough and will stand behind their work. They are pet friendly and always careful around your animals. They will call and remind you that it's time for a treatment and they always come at a specified time.

I feel that this company went beyond what was expected. When they found the hole, they went out to their truck and got some materials to patch it. They could have just told us what to do, since this wasn't part of their normal service. But they took the time to help us. They checked the traps and made a follow up visit to make sure we were satisfied. I haven't had any more problems.

They are a very reliable company and I will gladly recommend them to others in need of their services. They call me when its time for the next checkup. They gave me a fair price and did a good job and fast too.
