We were not pleased in the way she treated us -- especially the way she handled herself during the inspection and negotiation process. During the inspection period, she failed to work with the seller's and did not fully cooperate our agent (as well as our home inspector) to ensure certain area of the house was accessible for inspections. While we eventually accepted the risk for the area not to be inspected in order to move the deal forward, we believe the manner Ms. Locks handled our request was not unprofessional. She also made the negotiation unnecessarily adversarial. We even agreed to move our closing date one week ahead to accommodate the seller's moving timetable but she treated us as if we were negotiating in bad faith. Despite having a signed contract, she made numerous threats to "put the house back on the market" as a scare tactic to bully us. We found these behaviors unprofessional and unnecessary. Although her professionalism and responsiveness improved towards the end of the transactions, we would not recommend others to work with her.

Hannah was extremely professional and was very upfront about the listings and we felt she was sincerely looking out for our best interest. She was not pushy and did not try to sell us something just to make her commission, she allowed us to take our time and supported us in doing so. We would strongly recommend her and would use her again to purchase a home.
