Gateway Lock & Security

How did it go? It didn't. These people advertise 24-hour emergency service. My after-hours calls were not returned during my "emergency" nor was I called back at any time at all. Gateway Lock & Security's claims of 24-hour emergency service are nothing more than false advertising. If you need something done during regular business hours, take your chances. After hours, when it matters most, don't waste your time.

ARC was the lowest quote and one of the quickest to respond. Setting an appointment was easy. The locksmith arrived on time and was professional. He did the job and I was charged as quoted.

I couldn't sleep and the locksmith and was moving to a new place. Around 3:00 a.m. I left a message to see if I could possible get Sean of Gateway to come key 4 "Old" locks for me. They called me early the same morning, and scheduled him to come out at 1:00. He was in the neighborhood, called and moved the appointment sooner. I was excited. The locks gave him a hard time, but after a lot o sweating, it was hot in my house, Sean was done. He was very professional, friendly and very helpful. He is going to install all door hardware. And will pass his name along to all my friends! I highly recommend him. No job seemed to small, like some others I have come across. Thank you

I own a business and we were replacing the dogging mechanisms in the push handles. I prep'd the doors, took inventory on what we needed and went to pick up the parts. When we returned and tried to enter the building the locks on any door would not turn. Trying not to panic, my friend Bill suggested Gateway Lock and Security. They were contacted and within 15 minutes they were on site. The tech Sean did his best to resolve the problem without having to drill out the locks but none of the locks would move. When I prep'd the doors, I made the locks inoperable. Replacing the locks was the only solution. Sean had the old locks out and the new ones installed in record breaking time. I used other locksmiths in the past and they were costly and damaged more hardware then they fixed. Sean from Gateway was professional, efficient and fast! I recommend this company. I have attached a business card to the light panel in the office. If we have any problems that require a locksmith, the word is to call Sean at gateway.

I called Gateway Lock and Security for an appointment on a Monday afternoon. Given my hitch lock was not a time sensitive issue, I requested an early morning appointment at their office. I arrived at the appointed time the next morning and my technician was ready to begin immediately. Within 20 minutes I was on my way. It was a totally painless experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciate that kind of personal service.
