Always on time and priced well. They have tremendous value added service. Each technician we have had at our home has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really know their stuff! Their vehicles are always clean and look nice and the techs all wear company logo apparel for a professional look. The little things do make a big difference. I highly Recommend this company!

All service personnel are always on time or early. They are all very courteous, wear booties and are personable. They text on the way and send a picture of the service person who is on the way. They are totally COVID aware with masks and social distancing. Have used them since 2002.

Have used Fresh Air Weinrich for decades for my yearly maintenance on furnace and A/C. Over the years theyâ ve found small things to fix that saved big bucks down the road! Always show me what part is about to go on the fritz. However, never try to push products. Just give you the options. All of the servicemen that Iâ ve had over the years have been friendly and very competent!!

The technician Mike was great

Called them late in the afternoon Saturday that my HVAC that was under warranty was not working. Lizzie assured me that someone would be over to look at it. Brad showed up about an hour later and diagnosed that the inverter on the unit was bad. He said it might be Monday before it could get fixed. He talked to Lizzie and said that the customer had guests over and could not wait till Monday. Lizzie said she would get back to me. 15 minutes later she called and said one of the owners was going into the shop to pick up the inverter. An hour later my air conditioner was up and running. Now that is what you call service!!! Great work from the entire team at Fresh Air!
