The technician was professional and courteous. I was charged $ 404.00 for him to install a $30 part which took all of 15 minutes. $89 of it was for the service call. It took him 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and less than ten mins to replace the part. This amounts to $600 an hour considering he was there a total of 45 mins tops. I consider this extremely excessive and therefore could not recommend your services to anyone.

Wonderful customer service!They were able to provide same day service when others had appointments days away Lindsey was very professional and extremely helpful.Shr provided useful information and offered money saving ideas. She kept in contact through out the day to let me know what was happening. The tech was very polite and professional. All and all a very pleasant experience.

Installers were very nice , identified there self and were very professional throughout the whole process. I got several estimates from various companies but I felt I received a better deal and more efficient than other bids.

I have been using Weinrich Fresh Air for over 15 years. Why? Well, frankly, because they have never given me a reason to go anywhere else for my HVAC needs. I just had a full system installed by Weinrich Fresh Air that will cover me for 16 years...bumper-to-bumper parts and labor. I would not trust any other service provider to watch out for me for the next 16 years! How is that for putting my money where my mouth is! Give them a try, you will not regret it.

He didnâ t have a part on his truck, but his boss brought it over! I signed up for their yearly service agreement because itâ s a wonderful deal. I have it on my first home. They are honest, professional and reliable. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Canâ t give an educated answer to the value for money rating as I didnâ t obtain other estimates. All I can say is they were pleasant and responded quickly, fixing our heater within 3 hours from my initial call. Extremely impressed!
