 + -1 moreWe are ecstatic with the product quality, ease of installation, and finished look. Actually, i think this is as good as any pro could do. And we saved a lot of money on the cost, and didn't have any lost time waiting on an installer.
Description of Work: Bought engineered hardwood flooring, and had it shipped directly to my home. Brian and Nancy were excellent with providing instructions on how to prepare our remodeling site (floor prep) and made it clear on how to handle our new product when it arrived. Who knew that acclimation was so important. My son and I did the installation and had any questions that arose quickly and accurately answered over the phone. Amateurs were able to succeed with this project.

 + 0 moreWe recently purchased a home where three levels of the home needed carpeting replaced. Nancy came out, took time to explain the process, helped pick colors, and measured each room. Her pricing was competitive, and she was responsive with any questions. The crew came and finished the job in two days. Everyone was extremely professional, on time, and did an excellent job stretching the carpet into place. We are very happy with the finished rooms. Great job, Floor Coverings International!!

We went over different samples and he helped us pick out a flooring that would last a long time and look good in our home. He had a lot of different types of flooring to choose from. He returned my calls quickly and was able to work around our schedule. The installers did a great job. They were neat and they were in and out quickly.

 + 2 moreBest experience anyone can ever ask for. These guys know what they are doing. Not only were they in and out in several days, their work was phenomenal. Anything we were not sure about was addressed very timely and appropriately. I would say this experience was so good, I have a gained a friend and not just hired someone to do our floors. I would highly recommend Brian and Flooring Coverings International of West County to do flooring work.
Description of Work: We had just purchased a new house, and wanted to re-do all of the flooring in the house. This included work in the kitchen, living room, hallways, new carpet in the bedrooms and the basement.

 + 0 moreI have flooring replaced before. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. A guy came out with samples to show me before starting. They had a lot of options to choose from, and had exactly what I wanted. The materials came in right on time. The installers were also great. It took just as long as they said it was going to take. It was a pleasant experience overall. This was my first time using them, and I would highly recommend. I plan on using them again in the future!

 + 1 moreI think Brian and Nancy of Flooring Coverings International of West County were extremely nice and helpful every step of the way. I had two flooring jobs to be done. They come to you with flooring samples. It really helps to choose colors where they are going to be installed. Came out numerous times until final color and tile choices were made. They checked while tile was being installed. Also went to hardware store to get items needed by installers for job. I greatly recommend Floor Coverings Interntionall for flooring work.. If I ever need flooring work again I will call this company again.
Description of Work: Nancy. helped me choose tile flooring for dining room that butted up to living room wood flooring and kitchen ceramic tile. We came up with the perfect colors and tile patterns. Also supplied terrific installer who did wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. Nancy also helped me pick wall tiles and flooring for bathroom that had a new walk in shower installed. Nancy was terrific helping me choose colors and textures. The installers were wonderful and friendly. They were very helpful cleaning up after themselves. They also installed baseboards and went to the store for pieces I was short on. Absolutely great experience
