Fix St Louis

Customer service was very good and technicians were friendly. A couple minor issues were that the bottom caps of a couple doors were cut off and not replaced. Additionally, although I emphasized multiple times that door trim and jambs should go all the way to the floor, they did not on multiple doors.

They do good work.

Do not use this contractor. They do not have the proper ladders. They have to rent the brake from XXXX. They do not have sufficient labor staff. 1 guy hanging fascia by himself. It has been over 2 months past completion date. Steve called and said he would knock $200. Off my balance because he can't finish the job.

They were called out to repair 6 small items they showed up started work went to hardware store multiple times of the 6 projects they only repairs 2 the other 4 were not completed the way over charged and actually left somethings worse than before they started. Save your money do not hire this company.

Was very disappointed

I HIGHLY recommend this company. I received three quotes to replace a 16' structural post on a deck that had warped. They were the only company that was able to replace it, the other two provided "fixes" for the problem. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They were on time for every scheduled appointment. And the customer service is fantastic, I was able to pay over three months, breaking my bill into three separate payments. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked with and will be using them again in the future!!

This is a great company! I had a ceiling fan replaced and it was a difficult job because I have a vaulted ceiling. I even had other companies tell me it could not be done with the fan I bought. They did a beautiful job and the installers were very nice and professional. If I have any further home projects they be the first company I call!

I have an attic fan and I LOVE IT! It is about 40 years old and original with the house. It had never been maintained, so I called FixStL to do just that, so now it's good for another 40!

These guys did an excellent job. There was an advanced electrical problem and even though it wasn’t something they wanted to explore further, they put me in touch with a very competitive source. Thanks for being honest and trustworthy! Highly recommended.
