They were accommodating for our schedule. They were prompt and very quick.

We had a very specific need for our basement that no one else wanted to touch. These guys did a great job and we even had them take a look at a few other things and they were very easy to speak with. Good work they were confuse in in timing

The tech was late but they called to let me know. He did a good job and worked hard.

The representative was cordial and efficient.

They were very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions with no complaint. Installers were hard working and cleaned up daily. Shower ended up looking beautiful. There were difficulties because of the age of existing shower, but they solved them all. I am very satisfied with the company and the work done. I recommend Fix St. Louis for many different jobs around the home.

I was given an install schedule of 9 - 9:30AM, they did not show up until 10:15AM, said they had to go pick up the door which they were supposed to have already had the door the day before so it could be painted, according to the estimator. Once the old door and frame were removed it was determined they had the wrong door, they had to go exchange the door for the correct one, when they returned again they determined they had another wrong door. Again they had to go back and exchange the door, once installed they painted the door but could not complete the installation since they had to wait for the paint to dry over night. Two days to install a simple standard entry way door. I cannot speak for their other type jobs but doors are not their expertise! They just kept apologizing but did not offer reduction in cost.
