DREAM PLAY RECREATION

Since our daughter turned 5, we visited DreamPlay last year and walked through their showroom. The showroom is great - there are swingset displays, basketball hoop displays and trampoline displays. Kids are welcome to try out the equipment which helps parent in deciding which features or swingset the kids like. We knew nothing about swingsets but we knew we wanted a good quality swingset. At first, we had a bit of sticker shock regarding prices of good quality swingsets. We didn't purchase at that time, but, after researching other brands and other manufacturers, this year, we decided to purchase a good quality set. After two more trips to the showroom, we purchased our Childlife set. They were very helpful and very patient in answering all of our questions. Since we bought a set on sale, we actually received free install. (I had read that putting a set together (any manufacturer) could take two men many hours and several weekends to put together. We decided even if we had to pay for installation - it was worth it. And we were correct! ) In our case, it was a bonus we got free install since we purchased a set on sale. But, I would suggest to anyone to pay to have the set installed if you can afford it. The installation guys were wonderful too. I wanted it put together by professionals to ensure the set was level and safe for our daughter and the neighbor children to play on. My husband is very good at putting things together but it saved a lot of time to have them install it. They were done in about 3 hours. Overall - great experience. The folks that run this company are very patient and helpful. And I know we have a great quality set that will last a long time. I do believe after my daughter is done with using it - it will have a resale value as well. Installation guys they use are great too. The sets are more expensive compared to what you see at Lowes etc but Dreamfields sets are much better quality and you get better service!

They were very professional. They did a good job and we were happy with all aspects of the job.

You can go there, and pay $5 to play for the day, but they're trying to sell you the equipment. They have a big warehouse with all of this playground equipment. They came and installed ours.

It was not our best experience. The sales part of it was great of course because they are selling you something in your store. Unfortunately there were 4 major bolts or screws that missing that they just didn't put in and things were loose. In my mind, that's a huge liability if my kids got on there and fell. I called and said those things were missing and the guy did not apologize or act like it was a big deal so I did call back and spoke to his manager and complained. I never really felt like the customer service was very good. I kind of feel like once they sold it to us the great customer service stopped there. Once they came out and fixed those things the kids loved it. They kind of made me feel like a crazy mom for calling about it

We bought a play structure from them a few years ago and they had another name then. They were just very quick and prompt. They were very professional and it gets done when they say it would be. We didn't do price comparison and we were expecting to pay that much.

We went into the showroom and spent about two hours shopping around and talking about options. We looked at the different installation opportunities. They chatted with us a bit and were very available to help us make a decision. We weren't quite ready to make a decision that day. We called back and ordered it over the phone. They left the impression that it would take a bit less time than it did, but it wasn't a big deal.

When did the installation they broke some pieces. I reported it and I had to go to the office and ask for the manager after almost three months for them to take care of the play set.

Salesman was nice and not pushy. Installation went smoothly. Area was marked where basket-goal would go and utility companies were notified before they installed the goal.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. THE INSTALLER WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE KIDS LOVE THE NEW PLAYGROUND.
