Not only did Eric clean the things we asked for in the apartment, but he also took out the trash, cleaned up clutter and was communicative via text for all the weird little things we forgot to tell him over the last few months. I cannot recommend any service more highly than the cleanings we've had from them.
Description of Work: Monthly apartment cleaning. Bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces. Vacuuming, sweeping, wiping down of surfaces.

+ -1 moreThe job was rushed, did not feel like the house was cleaned, more like a surface cleaning, if that. Before they left, I pointed out that there were crumbs on the kitchen counter. I was told they feel out of the toaster and then he brushed them off the counter and left. I did not use them again after that.

The owner came out himself on a Saturday on short notice, and I feel it was a bit of a stretch to complete the service at this time but they did it anyways. I really appreciated this, and as did my client.

+ -1 moreThere are two housecleaners that come out. Usually, it takes them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. There were no issues the last time they came out. I really like them. I interviewed several other cleaners from Angie’s List and they gave me the best price. They do a great job. They always call me. Their punctuality is pretty good and they are pretty professional. I cannot say anything bad about them.
Description of Work: I use Consider It Clean which I found on Angie’s List for housecleaning. I am using them now weekly. They have a whole list of stuff they do. They vacuum up, dust, clean the bathroom, and scrub my giant tile shower that I could not possibly do myself. They just clean.

+ -1 moreThis is a family owned business so the prices are wonderful! We have signed up for every other week. I am very satisfied with this company and have only had positive communication with the owner, both through phone and texts. Everyone that comes into the house now comments on how clean it looks. Thanks Consider it Clean!! I did not mark punctuality because we are not home when they arrive. When I get home on cleaning days, the house was well cleaned so I know they came.
Description of Work: When we came home from the first clean (which took twice our usual time- I fully agreed with that estimation!) it was amazing! There were just a couple of small things that we thought could have been better cleaned but wanted to have them come for our regular visit before we commented on it. We just had our second clean, a regular session, and they got all of this little things this time. We knew how much work was going to have to be put into some of our other areas on the initial visit so we decided not to mention those couple (seriously just a couple) of things unless we noticed them again.

+ 0 moreThey are always right on time, which is nice as I can plan my day accordingly. They are quick and quiet which is also nice as I barely know they are there. Very friendly. Great with pets. Also wonderful if I have a particular concern - like a bad stain on the carpet which I can't get out. I'd highly recommend them.
