Description of Work: Repaired large gate to fence they had constructed several years ago.

Description of Work: Chesterfield Fence installed two sides of Alumi Guard fencing (approximately 68 feet) and replaced an existing gate with a matching gate. The estimate came in spot on, and the installers kept their scheduled appointment even though it was slightly raining on the scheduled day. The fence looks great and I have confidence it will continue to look great for years to come!

Description of Work: Took out old retaining wall, replaced it with stone block retaining wall, removed old fence and replaced it with new Eastern Red Cedar. It took them a long time to get to it, after the contract was signed in July, due to wet summer. I do think their pricing is a bit higher than most, but they do such good work I think it was worth the price and the wait.

Description of Work: Sales person was not easy to reach so I spoke with the manager who turned out to be the owner. Tom, owner, NEVER followed up with me. Very unprofessional. After I madey concerns known though, my salesperson was very attentive and I did not have any problems beyond that point.

Description of Work: I had a privacy fence with a 3 foot gate put up around my patio. On the other side of the house I had a 4 foot gate to close an opening.

Description of Work: I singed a contract with Chesterfield Fence & Deck but since they are back logged I'll have to wait to evaluate them until they start work. The sales call went well and they have a very good warranty, but since no work has been done yet I can't submit a review at this time. The sales rep seemed to know his fences well and pointed out problems with my neighbors fences to help me decide which way I wanted to go. He promoted the higher priced wood fence and did explain the problems associated with installing one when my neighbors wood fences are questionable. I decided on a chain link and there was no hard sell to spend more. So far I like them very much. The fence is to contain a dog and I'm not concerned with beauty, low maintenance and durability is what I want and so far I feel good about them. They require 1/3 down so I used a credit card as I've been ripped off in the past using cash to pay upfront. |

Description of Work: Removed old fence and posts. Installed new fence. They were professional and did a great job! Cleaned up everything. We changed our mind about one of the fence gate latches and they came out and changed it - no problems. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Nothing. I contacted the company for a fence estimate, they got back to me and we setup an appointment for Friday at 12:30. The agent called at 10:00 and asked if our appointment was at 11:30, I said no, but you can come then. The agent then suggested between 4:00-5:00, which was exceptable. When 5:15 rolled around and no contact from the agent, I called him and asked when I should expect him, he said 5 min, we hung up. He called me bak 5 min later and said that he had me confused with another customer and that he wasn't going to make it that day and asked if he could come by on Saturday, to which I responded, NO. The gentlemen didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me he was going to be late at all, I had to contact him; he had our initial appointment time wrong and then tried to push it out to the next day after I had to contact him to find out where he was. It's called being professional, if you are going to be late....CALL. I shouldn't have had to contact him to find out where the heck he was and why he wasn't at my house getting my estimate. I will never call this place for anything EVER again. Very unprofessional!!

Description of Work: Chesterfield Fence did a great job for us on a Veka deck sized 28 By 14 feet. Our salesman and project manager was Abdul. He was very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Abdul and everyone at Chesterfield Fence.

Description of Work: Replaced old fence that was in terrible condition. Replaced with approx 357 linear ft of Eastern red cedar including (2) 4' gates. It is a 6' high privacy fence w/upgraded posts. They were very efficient and had the old fence torn down, debris hauled away and the new fence installed in less than 2 days. It looks great and is pretty much maintenance free. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: The pricing was a little Higher than a competitor but good quality. Had a small issue with the install taking slightly longer than originally expected but, the did everything they could to correct the situation.

Description of Work: i requested an estimate for expanding my deck. they were quick in responding and were right on time. the estimator was very professional and know what he was doing. explained in detail what could be done and got back to me with the estimate promptly. unfortunately it was more than i wanted to spend at this time. i would however recommend them because they were very professional and knowledgeable
