I really like the way the porch turned out. It was a good experience. They were reliable and more than willing to correct any little mistakes that came up.

Couldn't be there for the start but the person who came out for the bid went for me. Job was well done and finished when I got of work. Decided the extra cost (higher price) it was worth it to get the job done correctly and timely.

Ron came out and gave estimate and suggestions on how to do the deck project I had in mind, he was very polite. He came out and suggested that if I was spending the money on a deck expansion that I should match up what I already have or replace the bottom with new. He will work with you I think we are going to sign a contract with them.

Excellent from start to finish. Brian was a pleasure to work with-professional but not high pressure. He came out to give me an estimate, was on time, and very knowledgable about the products. When we decided to hire them everything went pretty smooth. Tammy was a delight to work with in terms of scheduling & she quickly solved a minor problem on the day of installation. The two men who handled the install arrived on time, did a wonderful job, and were very kind and very professional. All in all a wonderful experience!

The crew of 3 arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. No problems and we are completely satisfied. We did not get other estimates since Chesterfield Fence had done earlier work for us and we would use them again. The salesperson (Bill)also provided us with all the information required to get the proper permits.

The company rep provided me with a Certificate of Liability Insurance which is very important to me.Aside from giving me an estimate he also gave me informational brochures and explained in detail the different prices and quality.He suggested how to install the fence where it would look the most attractive Three men arrived as a team which had a senior experienced worker obviously over-looking the job. They did not cuss or have loud shouting across the yard. If I wasn't outside occasionally I would not have noticed they were there at all. The whole job was completed the same day and they left me instructions about the care of the fence for 24 hours. They also put a barrier tape across the gate with instructions on it not to use for 24 hours so it could set. This made it obvious for anyone who might be visiting not to use the gate. I have found through experience with other fence installers in the past that the cheapest bids are usually because of inferior material and workmanship. This company was comparable to pricing of other quality companies and the warranty was sufficient to give me peace of mind. When ever there was any question the job foreman would knock on the door and have me approve of any change, which was very minor to make the fence look its best. I also wanted the fence to the ground level and not leveled on top so my dogs would not try to go underneath or dig. Afterward the fence was very attractive and stable. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work and product. Also, the paperwork was presented in a nice folder so I did not misplace anything important. It is all in a file now for any future reference. The work was also done within four weeks of the estimate. Some companies make you wait forever because they over extend themselves to get more jobs.

I am sure they offer a good product, but it is very comparable to other providers. In one case, another company offered thicker gauge fence posts. The 15% coupon is a scam. They applied the 15% + an additional 5% discount, and their price was still $2,000 more than any other estimate for the exact same components (i.e. decorative gates). Other companies did not advertise a discount, but their prices were automatically much lower. Imagine seeing the 20% markup before the coupon. The markup was $7,000 more than any other price.

My dad met with the representatives from this company. I did not go with them, as I was able to find a company to do the work for 1/3 of their quote, for both the backyard fencing and the driveway gate.

From the pricing to the finished installation the company did a great job. I got a similar bid from another company without anywhere near the warranty that came with the Chesterfield Fence product. The guys came in asked me a few questions and were done within the day. I am very pleased an would highly recommend them.

A crew of three pulled up in the morning and set to work in a methodical manner which almost seemed choreographed. They took just a few short breaks during the day as each of them set about their individual tasks. By the end of the day we had a good looking fence around our backyard without a speck of debris anywhere. The crew was professional, thorough, and friendly. The crew chief went out of his way to make sure everything was being done the way we wanted. Often when I make a big purchase there is a lingering feeling of second guessing and uncertainty about whether or not I got my money?s worth. Not this time. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Overall, they were very professional. They were also organized and detailed. He was extremely courteous and I didn’t feel like he was rushing me. I am still considering whether or not I am going to do the project.

Very prompt and courteous. Although their bid wasn't the lowest, it was very reasonable compared to the other two we got. The work crew showed up on time the morning that the installation was scheduled and were all very professional. They installed over 400 linear feet of fencing and the three gates in a single (long) day. Everthing was cleaned up when the job was finished and the quality of the job was excellent. I'm a perfectionist, and I was more than impressed with the job they did.

They provided good service. The workers were very expedient and left everything nice and neat. They did the job well.

Attempted to obtain information from salesman in showroom regarding underdeck ceiling installation. Salesman was unsure of material used in job (vinyl vs aluminum)..The poor man had to keep going in the back to obtain answers to questions regarding the installation and materials used. He then had to answer telephone calls as no one else appeared to be available to help him on the sales floor.

We talked to 4 companies regarding vinyl fencing. Kevin Smith, our sales person, came out to the house and gave us a detailed estimate regarding what was involved in tearing out our old fence and installing the new fence. We received a bid from him within a few days. We told him that we were looking at several companies and he didn't bug us, which we appreciated. I gave him a call later on to ask for some clarifications and he came back out to the house and re-visited some issues. (We have several neighbors and fencing questions came from them, also we have a large steep hill). Kevin said we would be scheduled for approximately 3 weeks after we signed the contract. He was accurate on his estimate. The crew who installed our fence was there on time. They were concerned about some lines that Dig Right marked and spoke to me before even starting about their concerns. At first I thought that we were going to have a problem, but they did some exploring and we were able to keep the fence exactly where we wanted it to be, which was important since we were replacing old fences (in some cases, they were our neighbors -- with their permission) and we wanted everything to line up with the existing fences. I appreciated that they spoke to me BEFORE they started tearing out fence, because we did change the order in which we did the tear out. The 3 man crew were courteous and polite. I will note that only one of them seemed to understand English, but it wasn't a problem even in our situation. Our job took 1-1/2 days to complete. At the end, everything was tidied up and clean. Several days later we did notice that they hadn't glued down one cap and several holes hadn't been refilled with dirt and tamped down. My husband put the holes back together and we called the company about the cap. They came back several days later and glued the cap. Other than that, which is minor, everything was perfect. It would be an easy decision if we ever needed anymore fence or deck work. We like this company, they are reputable, and dependable and their product is very nice looking.

They did a very nice job. I had to have them come back to adjust the fence, and they were more than happy to do it. They were very nice and courteous and I would use them again.

This is the first time that we are in the process of using them. We have felt very good about their follow up so far. Their estimate is about $3200. I am impressed with the 20-year warranty on the exceeder fence. They came out twice and there were good about sending the information that needed to be sent to the HOA. They sent that when they said they were going to send it and it was very detailed. So it made it easy for us to send it over to HOA without doing much by ourselves.

Two crews came out, one for the wooden fence and one for the chain link fence. I had to leave as the work was starting. When I returned, the jobs were completed and both fences were excellent. I could not have been happier. High quality exellent work and I will use this company in the future.

Chesterfield Fence was absolutely amazing. The salesperson who gave the estimate was prompt on time and professional. There were a couple of hiccups with the salesperson but nothing major. The scheduler we worked with Tammy was wonderful she was professional prompt and courteous. The crew that installed our fence was absoulutely perfect. They arrived ontime and were some of the nicest people I have had work on our home. They provided detailed plans and made sure they did the job right the first time they were some of the best workers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will for my next house. I highly recommend them and you will be pleased if you choose them to build your fence.

It went splendidly! The only glitch was that the crew arrived an hour early, and I was still asleep (7:00 a.m.). However, they were informed that the inspector was coming at 10:00 and they wanted to be sure that they had the support poles installed before the inspection. They were focused and worked very hard/were done by midafternoon. Since the fence was being extended out to the alley, there was some alley debris which they shovelled and disposed of. I'd like to make a special commendation to Jim schallon who organized this project for me as well as my deck project. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, making sure that I understood what would and would not work on my property. This is my second project with Chesterfield, and I could not be more satisfied. caroline ziel

They were outstanding. We had trouble getting the fence in due to neighborhood issues. They were very patient and very professional. They went above and beyond our expectations

When it came time to install the fence, there was a problem with the measurements on one side. The crew that was actually doing the installation was excellent. They proposed options and we discussed what would be best for my yard. We originally planned for two days to do the installation and due to the hot weather and the rocky ground, it ended up taking three. The crew was excellent and showed great care and pride in there were. My sprinkler system was sacrificed for the fence, but they helped marked potential problems so that the sprinklers could be fixed quickly.

It’s a beautiful fence with one great big archway to walk in through. It looks like rot iron but it’s actually aluminum and you don’t have to paint it. That’s a major plus but it was not cheap. We did it mostly for our dogs so that they couldn’t get out. We could just let the dogs out and let them run in the back yard. The bottom of it has a puppy fence. They had to have the archway custom made because it was so big and it is really beautiful. The only problem I had with them was that, if they had to use a jackhammer to put in one of the base poles, it was an extra $39.

I asked them to come out and give me an estimate on having my deck re-done. He came out quickly. He said the work I needed done would need the guy who was actually going to do it and he asked to come back on Monday. On Monday it wasn't convenient so I called and asked him to come on Tuesday, I got the impression that he didn't remember who I was. He said he would come on Tuesday and that was in April - I still haven't seen him. There was no call or anything. The guys name was Bo.

A Bosnian crew installed the fence with efficiency. It looks great and am very pleased with the results. The salesman was extremely helpful and informative..
