Description of Work: Prepared front porch fascia and ceiling with vents to solve a moisture problem, sanded and patched patches of old painted areas, and repainted with quality paint. Also did carpentry work on replacing rotted garage trim and bottom of one of the porch posts. Also repainted black shutters.
