Caroline Wefel-Fort

Caroline did an outstanding job selling our condo in a difficult real estate environement. She came in and gave us a thorough and accurate description of our condo and an asking price that seemed optimistic. She told us what things we could do to add even more value to our place and helped us stage it. My wife and I left for a 4 month trip leaving a power-of-attorney in another state and Caroline did everything. She even came out to let our carpet installer in and took care of the staging with her own furniture. She found us multiple buyers and we had our first offer in less than 2 weeks. She e-mailed us every update and within 2 months found us the perfect offer. She handled all of the inspections herself and when one of the inspections revealed the need for more work she arranged all of the contractors herself and had it up to code within one week. We were extremely impressed. Most of all she is extremely pleasant to work with and always made herself available. If she has any weaknesses we certainly did not find them and she really went above and beyond our expectations. Our Power of Attorney said that she did everything herself and that they even handled the closing via fax.
