I live in a condo in Chesterfield and the management contracts with an exterminator. If an individual owner desires to have their unit sprayed on the inside, we can have the contracted company do that at minimal cost. I was so displeased with the lack of thoroughness provided by the contracted company, that I decided to hire my own exterminator. The owner of Bug Doctors is the husband of a woman with whom I was friends in highschool. I decided to call them and have them spray my condo. The prior exterminator had only sprayed superficially inside, and I wanted a more thorough spray that would include outside my windows where spider webs collect. Lannie arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!) . His son was scheduled for the assignment but was so busy that day, Lannie did the job himself. Of course he was not a total stranger, but I had not seen him or his wife in several years. He went from room to room and sprayed every available area thoroughly. He even sprayed in some areas the prior exterminator never even looked at. He reassured me that the chemicals were child and pet friendly. When he arrived I locked up my cat in one bathroom while he sprayed inside. Then, after the chemical dried for a few minutes, I was able to release my cat and that bathroom was also sprayed. We went outside and every available window and patio door entry was sprayed. There was no odor and no residue noticeable when the job was completed. I can only say: Thank You Bug Doctors and tell everyone reading this that it is worth a little extra cost to have the job down right!!!

They are outstanding, they call and give me reminders, they always show up when they say they will, are reasonable in cost and really nice to deal with when they are there.

They have been reliable for as long as we have been clients of theirs, which has been any time we have lived in the St. Louis area. It is a small family owned business. I have been using them for 10 years, and my in-laws have been using them for well over 20 years. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality are excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

They’re just nice and do a great job. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

They've been great, we've used them for years. Their price is good, they schedule and come when they say they'll come, they day what they are going to do and do it. There are no bugs in the house now.

It went OK and they will come back at no charge if they need to do more extermination for the same problem

The Bug Doctor does great work, and is very thorough. He is a little more expensive than a Blue Chip or other bigger company, but I think his work is worth it. My only complaint this time is that he was a half hour late and did not call to inform us that he would not meet his stated appointment time. Other than that I'm happy with their service.

They were fantastic. The company I used before was not satisfactory. I used Bug Doctors because they were on Angie’s list. They were very good and lived up to what they said they will do. Overall they did a great job.

He is very professional and does a very nice job. We trust him completely and have used his services for about eight years. His prices are extremely reasonable. He will take care of any problem that arises. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Bug Doctor. Mr. Nauert sprayed crevices over the entire house including garage. Also he treated around the outside. I have a 30 day guarantee. The pesky ants disappeared almost with the departure of Mr. Nauert. Haven't seen one since.
