Baker Pool Construction

So far I am so pleased. What a professional company. The first group of workers were amazing, polite and not lazy. The backend guys are as nice and efficient. Would highly recommend.

After talking with the president of the company, many of my lingering concerns have been addressed. We initially had a salt water pool put in which caused many problems with corrosion and staining. In our conversation, the president expressed that changing back to a non-salt pool would alleviate many of these concerns, which is what we plan to do. I wish the corrosive nature of salt had been stressed more in our initial sales meeting. I think Baker is a little swamped with the amount of business they have taken on so sometimes communication can be a little slower than I would like, but it's good to know that they do value their customers and will take the time to follow up on concerns. Baker's service company for openings and closings has been great.

The entire project from start to finish was great. I'm very picky but the entire Baker team was very professional and easy to work with throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Baker to anyone considering installing a custom pool.

We didn't use them because they were expensive.They were nice enough but they priced themselves out. They spent enough time here, they were fine, professional, courteous, and nice. It was just that they were too expensive. They answered questions and they arrived on time.

The pool install was supposed be be done in 4-6 weeks, it was completed in 7 weeks. I think this was reasonable. My complaint lies with the communication or lack of it. Decisions were made by Blue Haven without confiring with me, but affected me. Then when I voiced to them that that is not how I wanted it, they said it would cost me to change it! The pool controller was installed in an inaccessible location. There was no fence when installed, but they missed that there would be a fence that would go around the area which was on the plans. Also, they decided to put a Travertine top on a Flagstone wall, which looked very out of place to me, then said if I wanted Travertine on the top of the wall, I would have to pay extra! I also repeatedly asked them to originally dig the hole farther away from the fence gate, which did not happen. They would not admit their mistake, so it cost me to move the fence back. After arguing with them, they paid half and we paid half. I tried to be very reasonable, but when it came to the controller, I told them, no, I would not pay for that to be moved, so they did. I just feel that better customer service was in order, but I don't know if anyone gives that anymore.

Baker Pool Construction are absolutely wonderful people. I love my pool, I love my pool company. They are very important to my life style. They take care of my pool. I have teenage boys and I just love my pool guys. Their service, they are just so polite. They just fix it. They try and explain things me and I look at them and they say, Okay, we got this and I say, you got this. I didn't shop around. My pool was green and it was horrible. I went down there because I saw them, I walked in and they have been taking care of me ever since. As far as pricing, I don't know it is expensive but it's a pool.
