Very responsive - came back to check and adjust upon request.

It's a little more expensive but worth it. I get great quality chemicals and thus have no issues with my pool like my friends do. I also take my water to get tested there once every couple of months to make sure all the chemical levels are where they should be.

They were great since start to finish and I felt it was very personalized service. When I called, I was always transferred to the same representative. Joe was our guy and he always helped us out. He was the one who came out and looked at the pool initially. They were competitive in their pricing. They worked with us to accommodate schedules. They did a great job with installing everything and we are really happy with how the poll looks.

over all it went well, the first sub-panel to power the spa was defective and they replaced it promptly.

I love them and I would definitely do business with them. They are not the cheapest but they do offer quality service.

They were great. The project lasted from January to May. I had four people come and their design was far and away the best and the most creative. They really took into consideration what we wanted. My husband and I wanted very different things and they completely put it together in a way that I never would have even thought of. The design process was really great. All their workers that they contracted were good. The customer service was really good. They had an office lady that would call almost every morning and let me know what was going to be happening that day. I thought that was really amazing. If it was the same she wouldn't call, but she called at least a couple of times a week about 7:30 in the morning to give me a heads up. They have a really good office staff.

They are responsible. I feel very good about their work. They are very quick.

Excellent provider of quality products, but don't look for any bargains! Even their floor model/discontinued items are premium priced, but if you want to get the best hot tub and "set it / forget it" these are the guys.

We continue to buy materials from them. I think that they the most professional of all the pool companies in town.

Very professional all the way through- everyone we dealt with was great! We're very happy with our new spa/hot tub! We did consider other companies, but Baker was by far the most professional. They helped us all the way through the process, and when we needed help after the first fill they came right out and solved the issue. Highly recommend!!

They were just to expensive to put a pool in. It wasn't the company it was our yard.

They designed and built our pool and patio. They did a fantastic job. They will come and maintain the pool if you want them to. They open and close, clean and store your cover over the summer.

Our experience was good. We used them on two separate occasions. We also buy our pool supplies from there storefront retail stores. In fact we have used them several times to work on our hot tub!! We had a problem with our ozonator; we called them about it and they were able to come out and take care of that, and they also repaired a broken jet.

GREAT!! Bobbi met me early on a Saturday so I could try out additional models and she was always checking in to see how I was doing. Jack came to my house to devise an installation plan and they sent three guys out for the installation. They were flexible, giving me additional supplies since I didn't need the steps I had purchased and checked in later that week to make sure everything was going OK.

They were very nice and their professionalism was top-notch. They came right out to do the work. They were clean and neat and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new spa.

I've used them for 25 years and they are very reliable and dependable. They do a very professional job with both opening and closing the pool. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job.

THIS SERVICE USUALLY COMES WITHIN A WEEK OF THE CALL. SOMETIMES IT TOOK SEVERAL VISITS BUT THEY CONTINUED TO RETURN UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. THE OFFICE STAFF VERY NICE.

FRIENDLY, QUALITY SERVICE, DIDN'T HOLD TO TIME TABLE AS WELL AS SHOULD HAVE

I REALLY HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. WE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF CHEMICAL PROBLEMS SO WE HAD TO KEEP BUYING CHEMICALS.
