2 Nice Guys were absolutely amazing!! James Mouyassar was on time, efficient, very friendly as well as professional!! I am a real estate agent and use them on all my client's homes for inspections and if work is needed, and this is the second time I have used them for one of my own homes!

I had a false termite scare in our basement- as we were under warranty, James came in to give us an inspection at no cost. He was here 5 mins before the appointment and knocked on the door right on time! Very professional and polite. While he diagnosed that the mud tubes were old, he still inspected the entire basement and foundation. Once he was done, he took the time to share more useful facts about my historic home- he was obviously very knowledgable. James also pointed out what other work my house needed- such as some concrete caulking, how I could landscape to prevent moisture retention around my foundation and noted that we had multiple historic chimneys and a coal chute space- facts I did not know about. James is obviously very knowledgable and technical! A pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire again!

The staff who arrived was inexperienced and not particularly articulate as to the plan. He tried to hurry the job and I had to remind him on an area to treat. I expected insecticide to sprayed around the perimeter of my home. He only spot treated where I pointed out ants. He did a termite inspection and I was supposed to get a report. That never came. I still see ants albeit fewer.

Been using them for over 30 years. They are a great wonderful team. Highly recommend.

It is hard to immediately determine efficacy of treatment. Cost seemed high relative to time invested by vendor.

Two men came right at the appointment time. Both were easy to talk with, went about their work very professionally, were thorough. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I paid by personal check; their office contacted me a couple hours later and thanked me for payment and provided an email copy of their report.

The person who hired 2 Nice Guys to perform termite inspection, did not let them know there was a crawl space that also needed to be inspected. When we noticed the over-sight on the report, we called the main line and were transferred to one of the owners. He was at lunch but said he would personally come over and re-inspect as soon as he finished. He was there in 20 minutes, completed the inspection and answered our questions. Great service!!

2 Nice Guys did a great job. They were able to fit me in very quickly to take care of an ant issue. Dave from 2 Nice Guys was also great. Definitely will use them again.

DON'T DO IT! I paid $155.00 to have moles removed from my yard. They came out and applied some bait but it did not remove the moles. I brought this to their attention and they said a second treatment was needed. It would cost me $99.00. When I hired them nothing was said about having second or third treatments. I hired them to solve a problem. They did not do that.

This is a very honest company. I have used them a couple times now. They always tell the truth instead of trying to just make money off you. Also they got rid of the bedbugs and just one treatment. I highly recommend this company for pest control.

What great service. I can’t say enough. Setting up the appointment was a snap and James was right on time. He got right to work taking care of business and did a very through job. Without question, I’ll be steering anyone who asks to 2 nice guys for their exterminator needs.

It took a week or so to get a appointment for an inspection. David came out on 4/23/19 and determined we had the very beginning of a termite infestation, which we agreed with as we had a swarm of adult termites in our foyer. The charge for the inspection was $75, which he said would be applied to the contract. The bid for the work was $850 which he gave us before he left. We contacted the company on the same day and scheduled treatment for 5/1/19. The two technicians actually showed up an hour before their originally scheduled time, but that was welcome as they called before hand and asked if they could come early. They were polite, professional and friendly. They got right to work, not wasting any time, and worked trough the lunch hour until the job was complete. James, the lead technician, answered all my questions clearly and directly at the end of their visit. We plan on continuing to use 2 Nice Guys Pest Control for ongoing renewals at the quoted price of $125 per year. We try to use service companies that give us a sense of honesty and local ownership and 2 Nice Guys Pest Control met both criteria.
