+ -1 moreJohn DeWill was on property wide 3 or 4 others from startle finish and worked steadily both days to prepare the grand to receive the new sod. They had a machine that turned over the old grass and got the land ready in/fertilizer mixed on topsoil to receive the grass/sod. Gave us specific directions for how to water it in. Now we have a beautiful lawn!
Description of Work: Prepared 800sq gds of yard put down sod. Brought in 3 loads of topsoil and graded and smoothed out ground-removed some debris and replaced sprinkler heads for new down. Put down 2 types of sod-fescue for shaded areas and zoysia for sunny areas.
