Hired him to sealcoat and make a large repair to our commercial parking lot and he (owner Ralph) said he could do the work on the upcoming weekend but he needed to be paid first....MY MISTAKE! He demanded payment in full but it took him a few months before he got the sealcoating 80% finished but never did the major repair. Now we are heading into winter when asphalt is not available. Excuse after excuse and I am sick of his lies...
