It was fast and courteous service. He even went the extra mile and vaccuumed under my refrigerator because he said it was on the verge of stopping up. While my fridge is currently under warranty, after experiencing the level of knowledge and professionalism from Band B I will not hesitate to use them again in the future

They never came, as we got someone else to fix the dishwasher.
Description of Work: Appointment was set up by Whirlpool on a dishwasher under warranty. When they called they were rude and unhelpful. We called and got another company to do the work.

They were very nice. It was a Whirlpool double oven and my husband had called the hot line and they led him to believe based on what he was saying that something needed to be done. I went and ordered that from Sears which I guess is Whirlpool. He had asked them if that was what we needed. I asked them to make sure to get the part in black because it's a black double oven. I ended up getting a beige door handle for the oven. It was a complete incorrect part. I spent $200. I had to send it back. I then thought of calling somebody and called B and B Appliance. They came and said that, that wasn't actually the part that was wrong. It tuned out that they were on Backwater and we were leaving the town. They ordered the part for us and asked us to call them back as soon as we were back because we were going away for the winter. They were here the week that we got back. They were actually here the second day with the part and installed it. They said that if they had made that mistake and ordered the incorrect part in the first place and when they had found out that it was supposed to be the other part, they would have deducted the amount of the first one from the bill. That was nice of them. However, since my husband went and talked to someone on the hot line, there wasn't really anything that they could do. They were very good, very responsive and they called ahead of time and told me when they were going to be here. They were reasonably priced because I knew what their cost was when I had called the hot line. The person that my husband spoke to said that it was going to be one of those 2 things and they said that it was probably the lesser expensive one. My oven works fine now. Their price was as good as calling Whirlpool. I would hire them again in the future.
