When I called At Home Construction, Christine called me back right away and gave us a quote the next day. Since there were many raining days around September, Christine always let us know in advance for their schedule. They took one day to complete the roofing and a few hours to install the gutter guards around the roof. They are excellent and very professional. They did an outstanding job. They were very thorough and meticulous. Their price was reasonable for the amount of work they did. I can't say enough of their professionalism work ethic. I would recommend At Home Construction to anyone looking for roof repairing and replacing.

We had tornado damage on May 20, 2013 and had the insurance adjuster come out and he gave us a price to replace the roof, and the siding and gutters that was damaged, and the damaged screening to the patio. I called AT Home and they came out the same day and found several of the adjusters measurements were off and that the siding might be hard to replace. They took a sample and found out that the siding manufacturer went out of business and that siding is no longer available. Christine called the insurance company and they sent another adjuster out who agreed with their findings and measurements and took a sample of the siding to send to Dallas , TX. They confirmed that the company went out of business and the siding was no longer available in the color. The insurance company came back and said they could not find the color but they found the texture and said they would repair the siding then paint the house to match the original color. They also wanted to replace the section of gutter that was damaged that is a continuous gutter. Christine helped us write a letter to the insurance company stating we did not want the house painted, and the work to be done correctly. They insurance company agreed to replace the siding, the gutters, roof and patio screening. We were able to get the roof we wanted, and the siding and gutters thanks to Christine's knowledge of the insurance ins and out. I just can't say enough of their professionalism work ethic and knowledge of the insurance industry. I would recommend AT Home Construction to anyone looking for this type of work.

On 12-13-12 one of the owners of the business showed up, accompanied by two helpers. The owner and I negotiated a small hourly fee for cleaning out gutters that badly needed cleaning. Then they attached mid-price metal mesh leaf guards in the gutters and fastened each section with two screws. I was pleased that they were able to get to the top of a rather scary tower on the west side (underneath a hackberry tree) and install leaf guards there too . I was also impressed that they noticed one back gutter was mis-aligned and that water was flowing away from the downspout. They fixed the problem by lowering one end of the gutter and re-attaching the downspout. Then they went on to the next gutter guard appointment. I did not get other estimates, so I can not compare their price to the prices of other companies. But the cost was based on a clearly marked estimate per linear foot. And I was happy to get the job finished before winter snows!

I was pleased initially that the owners of At Home Construction, Geoffrey and Christine Rollert, came quickly when I called and said that I had gotten their name from Angie's List. They walked over the roof, surveyed the job, and convinced me to spend less money by nailing and caulking the existing flashing rather than tearing it all off and starting again as I intended. On the appointed day, Mr. Rollert came promptly and, working for an hourly rate rather than a and quot;fixed joband quot; rate, spent about 6 hours on the whole roof. He used some more professional-grade sealants than I knew about. And I was impressed at the end when he showed me the and quot;before and afterand quot; pictures of spots he had worked on. He also made some helpful suggestions on how to deal with older, interior water damage. I have already recommended At Home Construction to a neighbor who needs a new roof.

All services, inspections, estimates, working with over worked insurance company was VERY professional Went way beyond expectations to get us the best products and best install possible at lowest price to us. Far more courtious and inclusive than the other companies (4) we investigated. Overall, an excellent job.. Highly recommended. They went out of their way to provide a good job.

In a recent storm, a good portion of our roof was ripped off and we were concerned about further damage from rain and hail. State Farm Insurance told us we could make immediate repairs to prevent further damage and a neighbor referred us to At Home Construction. One of the owners (Geoff) came over within a day of our call (they were working night and day to respond to customers) and he was able to stabilize the roof and put temporary measures in place. At Home then met with the State Farm adjuster (a couple weeks later) and they were able to quickly quote the work and get it approved. The At Home crew showed up about a week later and was able to complete the work in a very long day's work. The crew was on time, professional, kept the area clean and showed great attention to detail The finished product is great and we are very satisfied. At least one other home in the area was also completed (the next day) with similar results.
