Not Well. Called him on Monday and got a price of $250. He showed up on Thursday at the appointed time and proceeded to lecture me on how I shouldn't be putting toilet paper in the system. Then he informed me his costs had gone up and he wanted to retire so now the price is $500. He was asked to leave before any service was performed.

This is the second time I have used his services. The first time was 5/27/2009 and then today. He was punctual. Found the lid to the septic tank and had it dug up quickly. He put a tarp down to put the soil on. I asked him about putting a different cover on septic tank so it wouldn't have to be dug each time. He gave me some ideas and told me mine was about a foot deep and that is fine. He had it cleaned out and inspected and was through. He talked with my husband and I about our system and what to watch out for. The lid was replaced and soil back on top. You can hardly tell it was dug up. He proceeded to explain the working of a septic tank and what to do to maintain tank between cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. What he quoted was less than what he did charge me. On the first visit. he replaced a cap for us that was busted free of charge. I am very impressed with his knowledge and character. I will keep using him and recommend him.
