The technician arrived as promised within a 2 hour window. He was dressed very professionally and laid down a drop cloth, etc. to protect our furnishings and flooring. He had a very pleasant personality and was extremely thorough. He disassembled the entire stove and cleaned each section. He made a few recommendations for us too maximize our burning process

He came at a convenient time and fixed it. Did not over-sell higher priced solutions. Thanks much!

We needed the work done based on a relocation home inspection and were under a time crunch. They we able to come out in a very reasonable amount of time. The work was done quickly, and well.

He is wonderful. His price is reasonable. The service is excellent. He takes about half an hour to finish 2 chimneys. He leaves the area very clean after he’s done. He’s very professional. He is very neat picky about being clean. He is always available to us. He usually sends us a card that reminds us each time and sets the appointment up with us right then so that’s perfect. We’ve been using him for 4 years now.

I contacted Scott's Chimney Service and was able to make an appointment for two days later. Kirk was on time and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us helpful money saving tips and didn't perform services we didn't need. He was careful and clean. We will be using his company again in the future.

My daughter and family were moving to a new hoe. They inspected the fireplace and flue. Showed before and after pictures after cleaning. No mess when done. They helped with selection of fireplace tools as we asked for recommmmendations - love what they recommended. I never feel like they suggest something to get a sale. All seem very professional. Will certainly use and recommend to others.

After years of excellent service cleaning our chimney, we had Scott's convert our fireplace to gas logs. Their recommendations of products and their installation work was absolutely first rate. As a homeowner who is an avid do it yourselfer, I was impressed with the exacting quality of the work. Without reservation, I will use Scott's chimney service again.

I called to schedule an appt and had to leave a message. The next day I was called to setup the appt. I was called 2 more times to remind me of the date and time since the appt was set for 2 weeks away. The technician arrived right on schedule (10 AM) dressed professionally and was very personable. He explained the process and advisec me of the cost before doing any work on our stove. As he cleaned the chimney and the fire box he explained what he was doing and I was very impressed by his thoroughness. He gave me his evaluation of the installation and the quality of the product we had purchased. As he worked on the stove he placed a large tarp on the floor and did not allow any soot or ashes to fall on the floor around the stove.

Went very well overall as stated above.

Very prompt to respond (after we delayed initial estimate visit due to being away), provide estimate and complete the work as needed.

Called for a chimney sweep which was done satisfactorily. During this they discovered our chimney had a fire and the lining needed to be replaced. He provided photos which was exactly what the insurance needed. Returned to put in the lining. They are very professional and personable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I was extremely pleased with Scott's Chimney Service. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment and even asked if they could come an hour earlier. The technician was knowledgeable, about the questions I asked and was pleasant. He did the work timely, gave me his honest opinion of the overall condition of the fireplace and flue system and most importantly cleaned everything up very well. He offered suggestions for cleaning some of the surface stone. I was submitted a bill for the amount I was quoted over the phone. I will definitely use this company again

They called the day before to confirm the appointment. He arrived when scheduled cleaned and did some minor repairs that a previous chimney sweep had messed up.He did a thorough job and cleaned up everything. There was no sign he had been here except the clean chimney box.

The person that came out was very prompt and did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up well after the sweep. I've used this company twice now and was very satisfied. Great value also, better prices at this company that I've found elsewhere.

Kirk arrived early, after calling to be sure that was OK. I recently moved into a condo with a stacked washer and dryer in a closet and a very clogged vent. The vent was difficult to reach on the inside and required a ladder on the outside of the building as well. Kirk worked back and forth, inside and out, to clean out the ductwork. He tightened up the connections where the ductwork entered the ceiling. He left everything very clean, inside and outside. I was very pleased with his work and felt the price was very fair for the amount of time it took.

I love dealing with this company! He always shows up on time for our appointment. He cleans the chimney and perhaps most importantly, he picks up after himself thoroughly and insures everything is cleaned up before he leaves.
