 + -1 moreI would highly recommend this company for any heating/air issue that you might have. Everyone (from the office manager to the service technicians, to the supervisors) went beyond the call of duty to be of service. I called completely panicked on a 'snow day', as my furnace made a horrible noise and I was unsure if it was safe to continue using. The person who answered the phone was awesome and they were able to send somebody over within a few hours. The technician stated that it was safe to use, but that he was unable to say that it would continue to run much longer. I had known for a couple of years that the furnace was slowly dying and needed to be replaced. The company worked with me regarding details for weeks (literally) whilst I made financial arrangements. Everyone was patient, kind and understanding. I had to ask for item details regarding different heaters available along with specific details of each. They were always willing to find the information I needed and sent me details on multiple models. Simpson Sheet Metal in Carthage, MO is truly an amazing company. They know their stuff and they have awesome customer service!
