I was happy with Tyler Hicks and helper who cleaned my basement. My basement plumbing backed up making a real mess. I called them on the weekend,Serv pro contacted me and came out immediately. They cleaned and sanitized. They were friendly and very professional,would highly recommend them.

They did excellent work & they were done within a few hours. I can definitely tell the difference in the force of the cool/warm air coming from the vents

It went very well. Tyler and David moved what furniture needed moving and put everything back like it was. They were very professional and did what was needed.

They did a fantastic job and prevented us from getting sick. Because of them recomending the hygenist, they were able to be sure that the air got clean.

Excellent response on busy weekend of storms & several days of heavy rains. My sump pump caught up & drained almost all water out before arrival of crew. Minimal extraction was necessary, then the cleanup and drying process began. Very professional and appropriate service & charges for work done. Follow-up to assure complete drying was thorough and job was seen through to completion, including reattaching baseboards that had been removed to allow for better drying.

They took the car, cleaned it and dropped it off. Very convenient.

I discovered something black all over the flooring of the bathroom, kitchen, and a qaurter of the living room (and a few feet into an adjacent bathroom. I was afraid it was black mold and so called them immediately, aound 10:30. They were there by 1 pm and immediately started work. They determined it was sewer backup, and explained how they would need to go about decontaminating it. They worked several hours that day, and returned for several hours the next day. He went over the contract with me and gave me what I thought was an estimate. They set up equipment that would heat the place to decontaminate it, and that lasted another 2-3 days. I think this was when the crew leader realized he'd lost the key. After they picked up their equipment, he returned the key. I didn't get a bill for 3 months, at which point the bill that came indicated I was 3 months behind. When he'd given me what I thought was the estimate, he didn't give me an address to send a check to or tell me who I could talk with about financing.
