Pulled toilet to access drain. Reset toilet after examining drain lines from basement to septic tank. Explained findings in detail, offered opinion and options for correcting situation including continued observation. We called Martin's Plumbing to put a new faucet on our kitchen sink. They showed up when they said they would and put it on, even though they were trying to catch up on work because of cold weather. We had a small leak under the sink for quite some time. Other plumbers said it was just the valve leaking and basically ignored it. When the Martin's were under the sink putting in the faucet they saw it and said the valve could be the problem and that it might be a crack in the plastic pipe leading up to the faucet. They replaced the valve and the pipe, no more leak. They had to spend more time than they had planned to install the kitchen faucet because of the other issues under the sink. Their plumbing skills, friendly attitude and effort to communicate and describe what they are doing and any potential problem areas is extremely refreshing. We certainly intend to call them first for any additional services we might need and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called and setup an appointment for the same day, which was fantastic. Later in the morning, I was called and told that some time had opened up and they could be at my house in 30 minutes. So, they came 3 hours earlier than scheduled, did the work quickly and professionally. Asked a few questions and they were very polite. Would definitely use again!!

Inspected heater & found bad element, and bad breaker in breaker box. Scoped drain to verify location of leaking. repairs completed on all items.

It went extremely well. Very punctual, clean, and neat. Knowledgeable and doesn't mind questions...explains everything. On my "To Call" list if needed.

My kitchen sink was leaking. I called Martin's Plumbing and left message in the early afternoon. About 2:00 PM the same day they called and said they could be there at 3:30 PM to fix it. They arrived about 3:25 PM. They repaired the sink. I also had them install a new faucet (which I already had) on the bathroom sink. They were both very professional. I was really happy with their work and I will call Martin's Plumbing next time I need any plumbing work done.

He did a perfect job. He got here at 7am and by 7:35am he was done. He said he would guarantee his work and that the glue he used could hold an airplane wing together. I haven't had any issues since. He told me that the plumber that tried to fix it before didn't use the correct glue. He knows exactly what he is doing.

He is a very honest guy. He really did a great job.

They have good equipment that they use. Once I had to get the sewage line put to the main sewage line. They had the equipments and cameras. I could see the pictures on the screen. They did a good job in good time. The price was right. I would use them in the future.

The job was awful. They were not knowledgeable at all and they were extremely rude to work with. When I would call them to get things done, they would brush me off and I was very upset.
