The work went very smoothly. Edward, (I'm assuming he's the main man at Ibarra's Plumbing), picked up my new water heater and disposed of the old one, and he did this after the agreed upon price. As an example of the incredible follow up on his work, the day after the water heater was installed I called Edward and told him about a low water pressure problem. Understand, I called late in the afternoon, approximately 4:30 pm. Edward said he was currently on a job in Monett, Missouri and it may be late before he could get to my home in Neosho. He kept me updated as to where he was; he arrived around 9:00 pm and solved my water pressure problem. Edward explained to me information I needed to know during the whole process, he backed up his work with a late evening call, and he did all this with true professional courtesy.
