We were very excited to hire them, however they lied to us since day ONE. We were told they would be 3 men working instead we ended up with HALF a man. We were getting charge constantly for things that we already paid for and when we questioned Wendy she would get upset and try to offer us way for them to keep our money. They were very unprofessional, leaving spits bottle all over my house. DO NOT let the pictures you see online fool you, Casey is an amateur he would sit and watch how to do things on YouTube. Letâ s not forget they are very indolent we were told they work 9-3 they NEVER work a full day, they donâ t respect timeline they were hired to work 4 months in our house they worked MAYBE 5 full weeks out of the 4 months. We love our kitchen but thatâ s because 99% of the work were done by other people(our cabinets and granite) If you are able to record every conversation you have with them please do, because THEY ARE LIARS they would tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. The quality of work they do DOES NOT worth the amount of money they will charge you. If you are looking for sloppy work, work that is falling apart while theyâ re still on site, unfinished work look no further

My husband and I feel lucky to have picked Harris Renovations for our remodeling projects. From the first meeting to the completed project, we were impressed with their professional and friendly manner. Casey and his brother worked to perfection in every aspect of the remodeling. Windy proved to also be an invaluable asset. She was always there to answer questions and guide us through the many choices. The completed result was even better than we had anticipated. We love our new kitchen and bathroom and highly recommend Harris Renovations.

When my husband and I decided we were going to make our house our forever home we knew right away that we needed an expert to remodel it. Like many, we decided it was in our best interest to start small and within our budget. We contacted Harris Renovations and they have been with us through each of our remodeling projects since then. Three projects down with one to go and we would not use anyone other than Harris Renovations. While my husband may think there are more important items to discuss when reviewing Harris Renovation; I am going to focus on the personal care provided by Wendy and Casey. Even before our project was scheduled to begin Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel like my project was the ONLY project that mattered. When I had a question regarding anything regarding our current remodel I was able to quickly text or email Wendy and she was very quick to reply. She quickly picked up on our style and as silly as it sounds she realized the importance of accommodating our cats in our remodel. She was also able to provide excellent options for us when it came to lighting fixtures as well as recommendations on appliances and the faucet. I even went as far as getting her input on the dining room table I was searching for. Wendy is amazing to work with I guarantee she will not let you down. I truly appreciate the attention to detail provided by Casey and his crew. Casey was great about noticing things that we would have never considered. While remodeling our laundry he noticed that the pipes to the washer and dryer required repair. He made sure that we were aware of those types of issues and even replaced them. My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. Once the house is finally complete we plan on using Harris Renovations to remodel the office of our family business.

It did not take long for us to know we made the perfect decision in choosing Harris Renovations for our bathroom remodel! Casey and Wendy both came to our home for the original consultation. The decision, in my mind, was made that day even prior to the estimate. We had never met either of them, I had only based contacting them on their previous reviews. We can say with all honesty, there was no fluff added to anything we had read. This is a time when things were actually as good as they appeared to be! Casey is a true craftsman. This is evident in not only his attention to detail but his artistry. He was able to transform my discombobulated thoughts into a beautiful guest bathroom! Wendy, the glue, the therapist, the designer, the bargain hunter, the make-it-happen gal! She held my hand through the entire process and made an experience that neither of us were looking forward to - dare I say fun! We have a 4-5 year plan for our home remodeling goals and knowing that weâ ve got Harris Renovations to return to throughout the process brings an excitement and security to those goals. I found these folks here on HomeAdvisor! Extensive Flooring Project with an "Out of this World" Result!! Our home had severe water damage due to a water heater that had leaked for a long period of time before it finally let go. Needless to say, there was no way to know for sure just how bad it was until the demolition work began. We soon found out that most of the underlayment and subfloor would have to be removed and other repairs made before we would ever see our new flooring in place. Casey and Wendy did a fantastic job helping us along to the start. They were very responsive to our requests for quotes and even made an additional trip out when we uncovered important information. Once the renovation began, Casey and Craig worked their tails off to make everything right. With the joists exposed we were able to see the many areas that needed to be addressed before any flooring went down. There was plumbing that had leaks, joists in one area that had to be replaced, drain pipes that were broken, HVAC ducts that were missing insulation and rusting... and mold. A project that should have taken 10 days, quickly turned into a month-long ordeal. That is not a complaint. What I'm saying is that they did everything that was necessary and more to ensure that all of the issues that arose were resolved properly. I never once heard talk of any short cuts, rather, the discussions were about how to do something the right way. Obviously, there were changes from the original quote and these were all handled in written estimates. Billing was done at agreed upon intervals with no surprises. There were times when the costs were adjusted down due to changes as well. They are very open and fair in how they deal with clients. The end result is not just gorgeous floors, which they are, but we know that everything done to get there was done right and that there are no outstanding issues that could come back to haunt us (or Casey). I would like to give Harris Renovations a very positive recommendation based on the huge amount of work they did to my house. They replaced sticky, laminate flooring with engineered hardwood. They painted the entire interior, replaced light fixtures, and updated old outlets. Craig installed energy efficient windows. Casey built a custom bathroom vanity for me from an antique dresser I bought at a flea market. They really did a fantastic job. Since then, I have hired them to build a deck. And, they are currently building a craftsman-style cottage with a porch that I plan to use for storage.

My whole experience with Harris Renovations from the beginning to the end has been very professional. communications is very easy and the quality of work is amazing. My project to renovate the kitchen and the living room was very detailed and not conventional. Casey and Craig have great experience in working with different materials. They added brick veneer to two accent walls, added ship lap planks to walls and ceilings and did also electric work for adding light fixtures. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again for future remodels.

Casey & Wendy Harris are at the top of the professional ladder! They responded to all my calls and requests in an efficient and speedy manner. Casey definitely knows his stuff and is very creative and exceedingly conscientious about doing a professional job! In addition to the cabinet install, they very professionally painted two large rooms in my rental house for me. I will have these people doing work for me for many years to come!!!

This company did outstanding on a job that was out of the norm. They turned and old addition, that was serving no purpose and had sustained extensive fire damage and deterioration, into a small bedroom suite that included a large walkin closet and the ruff in for a 3 piece bathroom. A mud room and laundry closet was also built. Because of the age of the home and the fire damage, several problems arose that could have pushed me out of budget, but they came up with creative solutions that were able to keep me in budget. The were also able to accommodate some requests that would make future remodels less expensive because the infrastructure will already be there. This company is professional and accommodating to all request even the inconvenient ones. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Harris Renovations is our go-to business for all things remodeling. They removed our old kitchen backsplash and replaced it with beautiful subway tile. They also fixed our cabinets so we could fit in a new stainless steel range, since the space from our old range was too small. They also removed a dated wooden valance above our kitchen window. Wendy is friendly and always gets back with us in a timely manner on the phone, and Casey and Craig always take attention to detail in their work. We couldn't be happier with the work they've done on our house and have plans to call them in the future with other remodeling needs. We've already passed their business cards along to friends!
