Tech came out and did a diagnostic on my dryer. Because of the age of the age/make of the dryer repair would be an expensive option. He said he'd be willing to make the repair and laid out my options. I appreciated his willing to stop and speak with me about different options to take.

Repair technician found the dryer vent was plugged. Cleaned out & now works great!

Took 10 seconds to tell me it was too old to fix. He did cut the freon lines so that it could be scrapped and told me exactly where to take it for disposal.

1st trip evaluation, 2ND trip repaired. Parts and labor complete, fair cost. Been repaired over month. No problems. Completely satisfied. Very nice knowledgeable repairman.

.The tech was very dismissive and didn't want to work on the fridge. Finally talked him into taping into the coolant line to check the level but of course this was not included in the $59 service call. Final bill was around $95 but didn't include fixing anything just putting more coolant in the system to see if it leaked quickly. It did not so we have a slow leak that will slowly cause the same issue to return...unless we want to pay another $200 - $600 to find the leak and fix

Tony arrived on time was very pleasant. We had the washer pulled out and the back off for him. We had a spring that was broken and the rubber on the front is all twisted and torn. He told me how much the parts were and how long it would be to get the the parts in. All said and done we decided to go with buying a new washer. I appreciated his honesty about the washer and I would use them again and tell others about them.

It took less than half an hour. I was quite satisfied.

John arrived on time and asked questions about my dishwasher to determine the problem. He concluded that the motor became overheated as the dishwasher ran. He said he could put in a new motor and called the next day to tell me how much it would cost. He was very professional and friendly and explained that I wouldn't be charged another service charge if I had the service done in 30 days. I decided to have the service done about 30 days later and they ordered the parts. They arrived about 3 days later and John made an appointment to install everything. The dishwasher worked great afterwards and it runs quieter and the dishes are clean like they used to be. John made sure everything worked great before he left. I was very satisfied with the results and service.

It was easy to setup the service call. The person from Bowers showed up and did the work very quickly. Very smooth service call and happy with the price paid.

They have pretty good rates and are fairly knowledgeable about the machinery. They did work for me before and they had a used part so they just gave it to me and didn't charge me. It is locally owned and they are local people so they treat you pretty well.

They did a very good job. They were very responsive and quick to update me on what was going on.

My freezer went out on a Friday morning. I called Bowers and the repairman was able to be over at my house by 1:30, with freezer fixed in less than an hour. I have purchased used appliances from them in the past, but never used them for service before. See no need to use anyone else; I'm very satisfied. Amended 8/7/14 to add: I've had them out to fix my 1980's washer and dryer set, with the same results---quick service times and reasonable repair cost.

They were prompt and fixed the problem efficiently. They cleaned up the mess when they were finished. They have repaired large appliances for us in the past. We are always very happy with their service.

I called the place where I purchased my dishwasher, and they recommended Bower. The serviceman was careful not to damage anything surrounding the dishwasher. There was some debate on how he should fix it, but he got it done. It runs well.

We have used them for appliance repair of all types on older and newer appliances. They come right out. Do good quality work and are always professional at a reasonable price!

Good, seemed simple. They had to get a part and come back but, everything went smooth.
