Affordable Repo Homes Center

We own 20 acres but didnt have a lot of money so we decided to try to find a repo manufactured home. Also, my invalid father jhad ust came to live with us so we needed something handicap accessable. I saw this business on the side of the freeway going to Carthage (Hwy 71, I think). We stopped in and Wayne stopped the project he was working on to come over and answer our questions. He showed us a few houses then came to a 4 bedroom. He was not pushy at all, simply there to answer questions. The house was perfectly layed out but was not handicap accessable and the carpets he had installed were cheap and ugly. So we made a deal for 5 thousand dollars he tore out one bathroom and completely made it a handidap bath including new sink, toilet, and floor. Also he replaced my fathers door with brand new double doors so he get in and out with ease. In addition he sent me to Derailed Commodity to speak to his friend there (who also took very good care of me) about what ever floors i wanted, with in reason of course. I got the most beautiful lenolium for my kitchen, great wheel chair friendly burgur carpet plus some high quility plush for the bedrooms. My bathroom floor was re-done. He also knew that i was going to paint so he painted every room with primer. He contracted out the carpet install, and the transportation of the house and did the bathroom his self. All was included in the final price. There was no surprises. Also, though we didnt need it, he had a personal banker ready to help finance. From contract to keys was three weeks. I was very happy and would recomend Wayne to anyone!
