The team also required constant oversight to ensure their work aligned with the agreed-upon vision, which detracted from the professional experience. Although their communication was consistent and expectations were clearly outlined, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made the experience unsatisfactory. I do appreciate their willingness to rectify mistakes, but based on my interactions, I would not recommend their services for large or detail-oriented projects. Significant improvements in execution, professionalism, and daily organization are necessary to provide a better experience for future clients."

"I found Jacob and Eric Gottberg through your agency. They told me they were licensed plumbers. I paid them $1500 to replace pipes under my house and get my water running and toilet flushing. I've had an electrician come to rewire the house and he said there was a leak. I called Jacob and Eric and was told I had to give a fee for them to look at it. Today the pipe they replaced under the sink burst. It had been leaking this entire time. Now I have to replace the floor under the sink and have it fixed again. Will never recommend this company."
