Description of Work: The replaced all the windows in my home, The salesman Dan was fairly knowledgeable, and told them right from the start I didn't want to be high pressured, and they followed my wishes completely, one of the first reasons I decided to go with them, Their Office Manager followed up with me promptly and my widows were installed with in 4 weeks, very happy, I would use them again. My only problem was with the installers, I should have checked as they were installing, 2 of the windows in our spare bedroom are not completely level, and was noticeable to my after they left, at this point they are already installed and sealed in and will deal with it, but if there is a next time I will check everyone of them before they complete. My only other issue is I would have thought that they the Sales office would have called my the next business day to ask me about the install and my satisfaction and at the writing of this review it has been 2 business days and have not heard anything from them. And one final note they were supposed to be here Saturday Morning around 8 am to 8:30 and at 9:30 still not here, as their office was closed I called my salesman Dan, He answered his phone and followed up for me, That was very impressive, and it gained me more respect for him

 + -1 moreI was VERY pleased with the service I received from this company. Called them to see about an estimate and the salesman they sent was a very nice gentleman and easy to work with,not pushy. After measuring and giving us an estimate, We told him we definitely wanted the windows but we could not purchase them that very day and that we would let him know when we wanted to complete the sale. When we could make the purchase we called him and told him we were ready to complete the sale. He came back down, got our deposit and told us it would take 4 to 6 weeks . We received the windows sooner than expected. The crew of two guys who came to install the windows did a fantastic job. They left no mess, took all the old windows and shutters to dispose of them, and the windows look AWESOME!!! We are very pleased with our windows and shutters. I would not hesitate one moment to use them again.

 + -1 moreCalled company for estimate. Salesman made an appt to come to my home to provide estimate. He brought materials to demonstrate regular window vs. energy efficient windows. Explained in detail the government rebate available. Evaluated all windows to be replaced. Provided estimate on the spot and did not charge for the estimate. Very friendly, prompt, and informative. I reviewed all estimates and decided to use Window World. The salesman returned to my home, picked up check for half the total amount. He told me he would notify me when windows had arrived and we could then schedule a date for installation. On the date of installation, the crew arrived on time, and they were pleasant and polite. They were also mindful of the fact that I have white carpeting throughout my home and they were working in muddy conditions outside. The installation was completed in one day as promised. Some old miniblinds had to be taken off with some of the windows and after the installation I requested that two of the rooms have the miniblinds replaced and they cheerfully performed that task. The crew chief collected the amount due after installation, explained the way the windows worked, reviewed the warranty information, answered my questions, then left.
Description of Work: Removal of 16 windows original to tri-level house titled in 1981 and replaced with energy efficient vinyl windows.
