We had an EXCELLENT experience with Townsend Custom Floors. I plan on hiring them from here on out for all my flooring needs. We bought an old house and discovered hardwood floors under the carpet but they were in terrible condition. Charlie worked magic on them! He was communicative, patient, informative, and professional. Not only did he do beautiful work but he was so easy to work with. We were well-informed every step of the way. Worth every penny. For some reason, through our home remodel, good help has been so hard to find. But Charlie from Townsend Custom Floors was a godsend.
