+ -1 moreContacted Vance by telphone and left message. He called me back within 2 hours and determined that the heating element would have to be ordered and he would let me know when it came it. He called back approximately 5 days later and we set an installation appointment. He gave me the option of installing the element myself, but I chose to have him install it. He showed up on time and had the element installed within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. His fees are very reasonable and he is a reliable person. I used him last year to repair a freezer and he demonstrated the same qualities during that transaction.
Description of Work: Replaced bottom heating element in oven of 13 year old Maytag stove.
