This is not a review of the quality of work, but of the level of courtesy and professionalism (or lack of, in this case). The crew parked their truck and other equipment on the street and, when asked politely to move so another truck could get through, they refused. It is a public street, but as it is also trash day, it’s not unreasonable to ask a badly parked truck to be moved. Thiele needs to understand the customer extends beyond the person writing the check. The next door neighbors on either side of this house would have appreciated a heads up about the early morning racket. Also website listed on their truck does not exists ([*** Link removed ***]

The price was good. I would use them in the future.

The very first day Thiele backed into a Japanese cut leaf maple and destroyed it. They said they would replace it and never did as of this date. They also had to move and redo the sprinkler system and they replaced the electrical parts with phone cable connectors which has cost me over $250 to redo, the cost of replacing the tree will be $500 to remove dead one and purchase and put in new one since I want one the same size as the one I had. They also left a large hole in my yard where the drain exits and the dirt around the driveway was never smoothed down and is too rough to take a lawnmower over as well as no grass was replaced. We go to court soon to try to get him to pay for all the extra work he has cost me.. Over $1100 worth and I would never ever voluntarily use this company again and would absolutely never recommend them. I kept calling trying to get them to help me with the problems and they would not take any of my calls. They are a very despicable company and people. DO NOT USE THEM

I was notified a few days in advance when they would be here to work. They were punctual, polite, and helpful. Just before the project began, I changed my mind about the patio I wanted, and decided to use a decorative design and color. The owner was very helpful about suggesting colors and designs. The project turned out beautifully. They were also great about the cleanup. Except for the finished project, you never would have known they were here. I had also been having some drainage problems and had asked them to repair the issues with my drainage ditch. Not only did they perform the work, but the owner actually went on line and found information that would be helpful to me and my neighbors about available government agencies who would help us solve our problems with heavy drainage and erosion. This company is awesome. Three of my neighbors have already used them for projects, and I have already recommended them to 2 others!
