I hadn't bought a washing machine in 25 years, so I'm used to my old agitator machine. He sat down and talked to me until he explained because he figured out I was just like him that the newer washing machines don't have agitators. He was kind and he explained to me because I was going to buy a cheaper washing machine, but he told me exactly why I am not to do it. He made me feel like, "I am not lying to you and this is what you need to do." I did it and I came home and told my wife and she just looked at me like, "Okay, here you sound kind of crazy but since we've had this washing machine, looking at the amount of water we need to use, the amount of detergent we use and the cleanliness of the cloths I will never have anything else." The only thing I don't like about Sears is if you have to have a repair I don't care what it is there's no such thing as an emergency. It will take two weeks and the man will come no where with no and then you have got to wait another two weeks for him to come out again with the part. When they tell you they are coming they coming and when they tell you they are going to deliver something they get it here. I don't have to sit here the whole day for them to give me an approximate time, so they are very good on the punctuality. With the serviceman and the salesman the professionalism was good, so I don't have a problem with that.
