Description of Work: Roto-Rooter of Cape Girardeau must have all the business they need or maybe out of business. My complaint is they won't answer their phone or return calls during regular business hours. I called at 12:05 Thur. 10/18. I left a message saying I need service. I called again at 6pm and still no answer. I told him if I didn't hear from him soon I would call somebody else. STill no call.
